| Objective: This study mainly tries to analyse the clinical situation of HSP ,such as the clinical characteristic,the application of traditional Chinese medicine and herbs and the risk factors of the involvement of the kidney, and initially investigate what influence traditional Chinese medicine and herbs can have in the rate of the involvement of the kidney and the development .Finally guilding advices for clinic will be given in the future. Methods:Apply the Retrospective study, acquire the data and utilize SPSS13.0 to finish statistical analysis. Result: The treatment group and the control group had no difference in the total clinical effect,but the Chinese medicine group was much better than the control group in improving clinical symptoms and signs. At the same time, the Chinese medicine group had no untoward effect, the recurernce rate was also lower than the control group. Conclusion: The feature of HSP in children had a close relationship.Chinese medicine and herbs are effective in the treatment of henoch-schonlein purpura, so it can be selected in the clinical treatment.
