| This study is under the guidance of Chinese medicine theory, to review the clinicalsyndrome of 198 patients with immune thrombocytopenic purpura .We hope to definitude theessential syndrome,and to discuss the difference between idiopathic thrombocytopenicpurpura and the secondary thrombocytopenia. Then to form the theory basis on treatingimmune thrombocytopenic purpura with traditional Chinese medicine. The thesis mainly includes two parts: literature summarizing and clinical study. The literature summarizing is about the mechanism and therapy for the immunethrombocytopenic purpura. It includes 2 parts.The first one reviewes the modern study onimmune thrombocytopenic purpura. It introduces the concept,etiology and pathogenesis,treatment of ITP and the secondary thrombocytopenia. The second part is about traditionalChinese medicine study on immune thrombocytopenic purpura at present,introducing thecause and pathogenesis,TCM therapy(including treatment based on the differentsyndrome,treatment based on the different disease ,combining Chinese and modern medicalstudy), the problems of the mechanism and therapy for the immune thrombocytopenicpurpura . In clinical study part,198 patients with immune thrombocytopenic purpura were allpatients from Hematology Department of Dongzhimen Hospital and Dongfang Hospitalaffiliated BUCM. To review the characteristic of the sex,age,course of diseases,hemogram,megakaryocyte,and Clinical symptoms , syndrome, associated factors of syndrome.Results: The clinical study shows that main symptoms of immune thrombocytopenic purpuraare lassitude, lustreless complexion.,dizziness,anorexia,dry mouth and dry pharynx,arthralgia.We reckon deficiency of qi and blood and blood stasis main syndrome .Thebleeding mechanism of ITP is vacuous qi failing to ensure containment,internal static bloodobstruction,blood failing to stay in the channels.So the main therapy for the immunethrombocytopenic purpura should boost qi and nourish blood and invigorate bloodcirculation .No statistical relationship was found about deficiency of qi and blood betweenITP and the secondary thrombocytopenia,but the blood stasis freqency of secondary is morethan that of the primary according to statistics. Whether deficiency of qi and blood and bloodstasis are essential syndrome of the secondary thrombocytopenia is to be discussed further. |
