Objective:On the new artificial surface total knee arthroplasty for th e treatment and follow-up after the initial statement,Fruit analysis and summary.Method:Survey in our hospital from January 2002,the application o f total knee arthroplastyfor the treatment of 73 patients with severe knee disease, 97 knee,the average follow-up of 2.4 years,the group with 73 cases, 97 knees,men 19 cases of 23 knees,54 cases of 74 female knee,age d 54-75 years,with an average age of 58.5 years.61 for knee osteoarth ritis,rheumatoid arthritis for 27 knee,the knee for five traumatic arthritis. All patients were followed-up time:0.5,a 6.5,the average follow-up of 2.4 years.Evaluation Criteria:New York by the United States special sur gical hospitals knee score standards(HSS) were assessed.Perfect score of 100 points,30 points pain,function 22 points,joint activities of 18 po ints,10 points strength,flexion deformity 10 points,10 points stability.Co mposite scores 85 or more points for the gifted;70-84 divided into good; 60-69 divided into fair;60 points following worse.73 cases of this grou p were 97 knee disease,the false choice of the specific functional group s score and calculate rate of improvement(improvement rate=(after ho urs-preopera-tive) out÷×100%).Results 1.Knee osteoarthritis 65:preoperative 43.24,after 91.36,4 8.1 improve the rate(%).27 rheumatoid arthritis knee:preoperative 37.5 8,after 86.22,48.6 improve the rate(%).Traumatic arthritis of the knee 5:Preoperative 40.42,after85.46,45.0 improve the rate(%). 2.73 cases based on the knee with 97 points:2002.1-2003.1(14kne es),2003.2 -2004.1(22 knees),2004.2-2005.1(29 knees),a 2005.2 to day(32 knees) respectively HSS score:2002.1 -2003.1(14 knees)preope rative 41.78 after 83.49,the rate of improvement 41.7,2003.2- 2004.1(22 knees) preoperative 42.14 after 86.23 improvement rate44.1(%),2004. 2-2005.1(29 knees) preoperative 39.04 after 89.40 improve the rate of 50.4(%),2005.2-today(32 knees) preoperative 39.72 after 90.28 improv e- ment rate 50.6(%). 3.Pulusi prosthesis;preoperative 8.12 after 13.53,the rate of improv ement 30.0(%),Chun-li phantom preoperative 9.49 after 14.36,27.1 imp rove the rate(%) ikon prosthesis,preoperative 7.82,the rate of improve -ment 13.18 after 29.8(%),Zimm phantom 6.8 preoperative,postoperati ve 15.2,46.4 improve the rate(%),LINK prosthesis,preoperative 7.94 af ter 14.16,34.6 improve the rate(%).4.30 preoperative pain 5.89 after 29.30 improve the rate of 78.0(%).22 preo- perative functional 7.15 aft er 18.45 improvement rate 51.3(%).18 activities of preopera- tive 8.05 after 14.09 improve the rate of 33.6(%).Strength 8.25 after 10 preopera tive rate of 9.10 improved 8.5(%).10 preopera- tive deformity 4.10 after 9.08 improvement rate 49.8(%).Stability of 7.19 after 10 preoperative r ate of 10.00 improved 28.1(%). ConclusionThe results suggest that,after summing up the group of cases that surface total knee arthroplasty gradually develop and mature,a solution of severe knee pain,deformity and restore function is very effective meth od.Particularly pain,deformity,the evident result.Preoperative deformity detailed understanding of the load line with the changes,only really choo se prosthesis,skilled surgical technique and improved postoperative reha bilitation training is the key to success.
