Research About The Best Combination Of Flos Lonicerae Compound Preparation

Objective: To research the best combination of Flos Lonicerae compound preparation(FLCP).Methods: Ninety patients were randcmly divided into three groups: FLCP normal group , FLCP improve A group, FLCP improve B group, each of them has 30 cases of patients. The therapeutic course was three weeks, and followed up 3 monthes. Compared the therapeutic effects of three groups. The model of mice with myocardial anoxic was made by closing trachea in order to observe the disappeared time of ECG of mice in each group. The model of mice with acute myocardial ischemia was made by subcutaneous injection of Iso in order to observe the survival time in normobaric hypoxia.Results: 1. After treatment, the observal items such as happen times of angina pectoris, lasting time, the dosage of nitroglycerin, syndromes of Chinese medicine, lectroncardiogram, the combination of FLCP improve B group is obviously superior than others(p<0.01).2. After treatment, the efficacy of treatwent in FLCP improve B group was obviously superior to that in other groups. (P<0.05).3. The combination of FLCP improve B group treatment significantly prolonged the disappeared time of ECG in trachea-closed mice and the survival time of mice with acute myocardial ischemia induced by Iso in normobaric hypoxia.Conclusions: The combination of Flos Lonicerae compound preparation showed significantly curative effect on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. the observal items such as happen times of angina pectoris, lasting time, the dosage of nitroglycerin, syndromes of Chinese medicine, lectroncardiogram, the disappeared time of ECG in trachea-closed mice and the survival time of mice with acute myocardial ischemia induced by Iso in normobaric hypoxia the combination of FLCP improve B group is the safest & best curative effect combination.
