A Research On The Characteristic Symptoms Of The Xin Disease Based On The Database Of Past Dynasties' Chinese Medical Cases

Objective: Recognizing the indicatiors of the Xin disease with the help of the statistics on the first-hand clinical cases.Methods: Based on the Database of Past Dynasties'Chinese Medical Cases,to obtain the frequency of 2751 sympoms on the Xin,frequency analysisφcorrelation test and non-conditional logistic multivariate regression was employed to screen the characteristic symptoms of the Xin. Clustering analysis were used to classify the of the characteristic symptoms.The characterisitic symptoms of Xin diseases were summaried with the help of statistics and the knowledge of TCM.Results: 71 symptoms were selected by frequency analysis .Fromφcorrelation analysis ,it is found 49 from 71 symptoms were significantly related to the Xin disease.Non-Conditional Logistic multivariate regression was used to establish 20 characteristical symptoms of the Xin disease.Cluster analysis repesents the 20 symptoms into 10 categories:①sleeplessness, dreaminess,amnesia;②slow pulse with irregular intervals,slow and weak pulse with regular intervals;③p alpitation,feeling of oppression in the chest,shortness of breath;④upset,red tip of the tongue,rapid pulse;⑤mental derangement,dread and scaddle;⑥s pontaneous perspiration,profuse perspiration;⑦chest and back pain,cyanotic lips;⑧coma;⑨cataplexy;⑩wet dreams.Conclusion: Xin disease has 6 kinds of characteristic symptoms①the mind and mood pathological changes symptoms;②t he blood pathological changes symptoms;③the fire and heat pathological changes symptoms;④arteries and veins pathological changes symptoms;⑤the perspiration pathological changes symptoms;⑥the chest pathological changes symptoms...
