The Research On The Rule Of Chinese Medicine In Diarrhoea Treatment

Objective:To study the rule of TCM in diarrhoea treatmentMethod : we collect 715 treated-effectively diarrhoea cases from medicine-health class of Qinghua Tongfang Chinese Journal Full-text database from 1997 to 2006 which have the diagnosises of zheng and the prescriptions of chinese medicine. All data are analysed with statistical method after being pretreated.Result:After analysing these 11 zhengs of diarrhoea,more-used medicines,less-used medicines and common-used medicines are discovered. Distributed situation of chinese medicines in each zheng is also counted and analysed.Conclusion:A new method conformed to the TCM theory is founded and can be used to study the principle of TCM treatment. The rule of TCM in diarrhoea treatment is also discovered ,which will be helpful to clinical prescription and promoting development of the TCM theory.
