Study On Quantitative Diagnosis And Principle Of Herbs Of Viral Myocarditis On The Basis Of Document Date

Discussion on viral myocarditis(VMC)on measurement Syndrome diagnosis,the initial implementation of viral myocarditis common quantitative diagnosis of syndromes and study the Principle of herbs used by viral myocarditis treatment.Method:1 The dissertation used the investigation of VMC literature,and adopted retrospective study.2 We collected 648 cases from the periodicals in 1988-2008 and Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Library on the clinical treatment of viral myocarditis literature.3 Pretreatment data:we normally deseribed syndromes,symptoms,physical signs,and herbs.4 Estbalish database Datebase was established and all data were arrnaged,input,managed and analysed by SPSS11.5 tatisties package.The database included VMC Syndromes,symPtom,pysical sign and herb.If there is the data,we marked it "1".When the data didn't appear,we marked it "0".5 Stst analysis:The methods of data processing include freduency analysis,logistic regression analysis,maximum likedlihood.We used frequency to analyze syndrome types.Chi-square test was used to study the VMC Syndromes data.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyse the characteristic symptoms and physical signs which were seletcted and we used the method of maximum likehood and established the diagnostic score table of the frequent VMC syndromes and confirmed the critical diagnostic score.Stat measure of frequence and compositor and so on were used to classify the herbs of treating VMC which were extracted from the monographes writing by the specialists,and we elicited the rules of prescription.Result:We investigated 648 cases and got 7 common VMC syndrome.We established the diagnostic score table of every syndrome type and the table can provide the satisfactory effect for diagnosis of the syndrome type.we got nature and taste,meridian distribution of herbs,frequent herbs and composition of herbs.
