Objective: Conclude the experience and clinical efficacy on treatment kidney deficiency of early threatened abortion from Bushen therapy of Traditional Medicine combined western medicine. Methods:Prospectively analyze the ages, weeks of pregnant, the miscarriage number of times, the number of days hospitalized, and the treatment process, etc. of the 109 inpatients who measure up to the standards, observe the improvements before and after the treatment on the syndrome and the changes of B-ultrasonic, serum human chorionic gonadotropin (?-HCG) and progesterone (P). Results:76 patients are cured in 109cases, and 20 cases are improved. 13 cases are of no effect. From 75 random samples, 2 patients aborted during the second trimester, one case of patients with intermittent bleeding for fear that it will affect fetal health, chose abort after consulting with her family, and the rest are smoothly delivered. Patients'?-HCG and P levels are improved significantly after treatment than before. Conclusion:The effect of treatment on kidney deficiency of early threatened abortion by Bushen therapy of Traditional Medicine combined western medicine is proved to be prominent. The patient's clinical symptoms and signs are effectively improved, and the drugs are safe. So it is one of the effective ways of clinical therapeutics.
