| Purpose:This study observes the clinical curative effect of combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in order to treat threatened abortion (kidney vacuity pattern), to further discuss the mechanism of action of combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine.Method:72patients were randomly divided into two groups (control group&observation group). We applied the Progesterone and Gushen Antai plii to treat in control group.36patients in observation group were treated by Progesterone and Yunbao soup. We systematically observed the combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine sinfiuence on the patients’ sings and symptoms, type B ultrasound findings, the level of β-HCG and P.Result:The clinical research results indicated:after the treatment, in observation group,8cases of cure,18cases markedly effective, effective7cases, invalid3cases, the total effective rate was91.67%; in control group,5cases were cured,17cases markedly effective, effective6cases, invalid8cases, the total effective rate was77.78%, the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). At the same time, the observation group in improving the sings and symptoms, type B ultrasound findings, the level of β-HCG and P were better than the control group (P<0.05)Conclusion:Combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine is effective and safe on treating threatened abortion (kidney vacuity pattern), and it is worthy popularizing widely. |
