The Study On Clinical Effect Of Chinese Compound Calamine Topical Powden On CIN

Objective:1.To observe the clinical effect of Chinese Compound Calamine Topical Powden in treating cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CINⅠand CINⅡ.2.To compare the clinical effect of Chinese Compound Calamine Topical Powden and Cryotherapy in treating CINⅠand CINⅡ.And then provide a conservative way for treating CINⅠand CINⅡ.Methods:Sixty patients with CINⅠor CINⅡdiagnosed and treated at Fuzhou Chinese traditional medicine Hospital between 2007 to2008 were chosen as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups at random.30 cases were observing group treated by Chinese Compound Calamine Topical Powden regularly.The other 30 cases were control group treated by cryotherapy.The clinical effects of two groups were compared.Results:1.The clinical effects on treating CINⅠor CINⅡwere not significantly different between two groups(P＞0.05).2.The clinical effect of observing group was better than the control group in treating leucorrhea and other affiliated symptoms(P＜0.05).Conclusions:Chinese Compound Calamine Topical Powden can improve clinical symptoms of CINⅠor CINⅡobviously,no obvious side effects are discovered in the treatment.
