Objectives:1.To study MRS character of contrast group and measure the ADC value correspondly.2.To study contrastly the difference of 1H-MRS and DWI between benign and malignant bone lesions,and the correlation of 1H-MRS and DWI.Materials and methods:40 cases of patient with bone lesions were divided into benign(28cases)and malignant group(12 cases),40 volunteers were divided into group A(group young,20 cases)and group B(group adult,20 cases);Based on age,group A is make up of group A1(metaphysis,9 cases)and A2(shaft,11 cases)based on position.Group B is divided of group B1(extremities,8 cases)and B2(shaft,12 cases).All cases were examined on a 1.5T system with 1H-MRS with SVS-STEAM,DWI with SH-EPI.peaks of Cho,Cr,Lip was observed in 1H-MRS,and ADC value was measured on ADC map.Statistical analyses with measured value was performed by SPSS 15.0.Results:1.Peak of Cho,Cr,Lip all can be observed and peak of lip display a single peak which chemical shift is relevant with position and age.Lip of group A1,A2,B1,B2 is 1.5ppm, 1.5ppm,1.5ppm,1.89ppm;mean of Lip/Cho+Cr is 1.81±0.18,2.26±0.20,2.13±0.22,2.74±0.24 respectively,and mean of Cho/Cr is 1.51±0.19,1±0.10,1.45±0.17,0.70±0.08.It is significant statistical different of Lip/Cho+Cr between group A1 and A2,B1 and B2,A1 and B1,A2 and B2(t=12.78,9.73,12.30,6.14, P<0.05).ADC value of all cases is 0 approximationly.. 2.benign group:peak of lip is 2.09-1.5ppm,Cho/Cr is 1.21±0.21,lip/(Cho+Cr)is 0.63±0.21, ADC value is(136.35±17.04)×10-5cm2/s;3.malignant group:peak of Cho is higher,peak of lip is lower,even to invert.Cho/Cr is 0.69±0.14,lip1/(Cho+Cr)is 0.63±0.21,ADC value is(112.52±29.72)×10-5cm2/s,but 4 cases in malignant group overlapped with benign group;4.It is significant statistical sense to identify benign and malignant group with Cho/Cr, lip/(Cho+Cr)and ADC value.[Cho/Cr:F=2.503,T=-7.690,P=0.001;lip/(Cho+Cr):F=0.004,T=7.860,P=0.001;ADC value:F=4.922 T=4.967,P=0.005].The correlation coefficient between ADC value and Cho/Cr is 0.526,which is significant statistical sense to identify benign and malignant group(P<0.01).Conclusions:1 Difference of peak of lip is conspicuous by position and age in different group.2.It is significant statistical different of Cho/Cr,Lip/(cho+cr)and ADC value between benign and malignant group;but some cases cross each other.3.the correlation between ADC value and Cho/Cr is obvious.4.ADC is more simple to operate,1H-MRS is more reliable for differentiate benign and malignant bone lesions,combination of ADC and 1H-MRS raise the rate of correct diagnose accordingly.
