The Clinical Study Of Endourological U100 Laser On Treatment Of The Urinary Calculus (Analyze Of Factors Which Influence The Lithotripsy Achievement Ratio)

Objective: To approach the factors which influence the lithotripsy with endourological U100 laser on treatment of ureteric calculi. Method: 734 cases urinary calculus which treated with U100 laser of the second affiliated hospital of Nan Chang university between February 2003 and December 2007 were gathered, including ureterci calculi 665 cases, bladder calculi 45 cases and urethral calculi 24 cases, to summarize and analyze the success with sexuality,age,half or both side,number,position,affiliate polypus,preoperactive treatment history,aversion,stone size,stenosis and (or) twist,hydronephrosis, et al; report the curative effect of bladder stones 45 cases and urethral stones 24 cases ;gathered 54 cases ureteric calculi treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) between September 2007 and March 2008, compare the curative effect of the two methods. Result: The study indicate that position,affiliate polypus,aversion,stone size,hydronephrosis, et al, influence the success rat; The achievement ratio of U100 laser lithotripsy on treatment of ureteric calculi was 91.4%, both the achievement ratio of bladder calculi and urethral calculi was 100%. The once achievement ratio of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy on treatment of ureteric calculi was 59.3%, the overall achievement ratio was 72.2%. Conclusion: We find sexuality,age,half or both side,number,preoperactive treatment history, et al. is not the influential factors of the achievement ratio; position,affiliate polypus,aversion,stone size,hydronephrosis, et al, influence the achievement ratio. Compared with ESWL, U100 laser is more effective.
