Objective: Observe the protection of the rats' striatum dopamine nerve fiber from flos daturae against Parkinson's disease, PD lured by 6-OHDA, and try to provide a new way to cure Parkinson's disease by Chinese traditional medicine.Method: Observe it through the aspect of praxiology by apomorphine that brain solid oriented injection of 6-OHDA to make the rats' PD model, and intervene by mixing rats flos daturae and liquor of Madopar. Finally observe the rats' guideline of anti-oxidated corpora striatum of circumgyration as well as the changing of the morphologic cells from the aspect of praxiology,anti-oxidation and pathology.Result: This experiment should be divided into two parts. The first section is to make PD rats' model, and the rates of success is 48.81 % ; the second part is the interruption by medicine, among them it makes obvious difference when comparing the number of rings between high dosage and middle dosage of flos daturae , which is of meaning in Statistics, P <0.01. When comparing the flos daturae of high dosage and middle dosage, GSH and SOD is obviously growing higher, while MDA is obviously going down, which is of meaning in Statistics, P <0.05, P <0.01. when observed with coloration machines, when treated by flos dature of high and middle dosage, the nerve cells of rats become more, morphological structure is normal and the Cell degeneration is lower.Conclusion:1. Flos dature can improve the tested PD rats' circumgyration.2. Flos dature can improve the ability of anti-oxidation for dopamine nerve cells.3. Flos dature can deduce the change in pathomorphism on nerve cells of tested PD rats.4. Mechanism of action of the Flos dature may be can protect the nerve cells and cure PD by deducing peroxidation of lipid, improving anti-oxidation and deducing oxidative stress.
