Anti-viral drop pill is a kind of Chinese medicine compose preparation,which consist of herbs such as Fructus Forscythiae,Radix isatidis,gypsum,Radix Rehmanniae,Acorus tatarinowii Scllott,Pogostemon cablin.It is modifying the dosage form the Anti-viral Oral of Chinese Pharmacopoeia by streamline the prescription,and is mainly used for wind hot cold,heat warm disease and upper respiratory tract infections,influenza,the mumps virus infection disease,etc.In the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory,the pills were part of pre-clinical pharmaceutical research,which though the access to large number of documents,combined with prescription drugs in the physical and chemical properties of the taste and the modern pharmaceutical technology.In the research the extraction process,to adopt forsythin and volatile oil content of evaluation,using orthogonal test method to determine the extraction and purification process:Acorus tatarinowii Scllott,Pogostemon cablin and Forsythia suspensa Vahl plus 8 times the amount of water soak 1 hour,3 hour of boiling,boiling while collecting volatile oil with ?-cyclodextrin(volatile oil:?-cyclodextrin is 1:7,inclusion temperature is 50 ?,inclusion time 3 hours);decoction liquid filtration,the dregs and other herbs plus 14 times the amount of water soak 1 hour,boiling 2 hour for twice,filtered,and the filtrate combined all concentrated under reduced pressure(0.07Mpa,60?70?)to a relative density of 1.1 15(50?),let cool,add ethanol containing alcohol an amount of 70%,stirred,cold for 24 hours,filtered,and the filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure to recover ethanol and(0.07 Mpa,60?70 ?)to a relative density of 1.34(50 ?),and dried under reduced pressure to obtain a dry extract,crushed into fine powder.In the research of the preparation techniques,all the procedures were evaluated for the spherical degree,hardness and heat resistance of the pills,and optimized by orthogonal design.Pilot-scale study on three samples proved that the products are steady during six months.Determine the process as follows:the drug extract mixing the matrix(PEG4000 and PEG6000 ratio of 1:2)in 1.5:1 ratio mixed with the volatile oil inclusion compound,mixed and decanter into dropping pill machine,then is dropped into Methyl silicone oil of 20?10? and the temperature of limonene and burette were 90?;the internal diameter of burette was 2.5mm,respectively;drug was dropped inro refrigerant at 40-50 drops per minute,the burette was 3cm above the surface of refrigerant?The last,washed to remove residual methyl silicone oil with petroleum ether of 30-60 ?.In the research of quality evaluation,a thin layer chromatography method for qualitative distinguishing Acorus tatarinowii Scllott in prescription medicine were developed basing on the Fructus Forscythiae.And the contents of forsythin in Fructus Forscythiae was determined by HPLC.At the same time,other regular check related to drop pill in Chinese Pharmacopoeia have been done,such as weight variation,dissolution time,microbial limit test.Pilot-scale study on the three samples proved that the products ate steady during six months.The results show that the anti-viral drop pill is reasonable and practical,and the quality standard not only steady but also controllable.Product quality is basic stable.
