PART ONE THE APPLICATION VALUE OF COMPUTEDTOMOGRAPHIC COORDINATING WITH RECONSTRUCTION OF MDCT IN EVULATING THE IPAPurpose: To evaluate the inferior phrenic arteries(IPA)with intelligence bolus tracking (smartprep) of multi-detector row computed tomography (MDCT) , analysing the clinical application value of it with reconstructions.Materials and Methods: 60 cases with hydronephrosis,glomerular nephritis,hepatic cirrhosis or bulk ascites were randomizely and equally divided into two groups.One group was scanned with smartprep,the other 30 cases was regarded as the control group ,which scanned with the deleyde time of 20s in the arterial phase. Recording the peak enhancement of the aorta and elapsed time in all cases. The results were statised with paired t-test. the In addition,30 cases without circulatory trouble was regarded as the normal group,which scanned with the smartprep also,observing the peak enhancement and time of the aorta.All the lamellar axial imaging were put into the ADW4.3 work station,reconstructing the IPA with VR,MIP and CPR.Comparing the grade of the 3 reconstructions method. The results were statised with X2-test,considering the P<0.05 has the significance difference.Results:In smartprep group ,the mean peak enhancement of aorta was 132±20.29 Hu,the mean elapsed time was 28.63±8.97s.In the control group,the peak enhancement of aorta was 122±24.97Hu,(paired t-test t=3.062,v=29,0.002 |
