The Clinical Research On Treating Sequelae Of PID With Cold-damp Stagnation Type By Nuangongshutong Decoction And Ginger-isolated Moxibustion

Objectives:This topic discuss about NuanGongShuTong Decoction, Nuangongshutong Decoction biside Ginger-isolated Moxibustion and GuiZhiFuLing pills three ways to treat Sequelae of PID with Cold-damp Stagnation Type. The purpose of the research is to evaluate the differences of them.Methods:Ninety cases of differentiation of symptoms and signs for Sequelae of PID with Cold-damp Stagnation Type were divided into oral treatment group, oral treatment beside Ginger-isolated Moxibustion and control group (thirty cases in each group).By observing the patients’ clinical changes after a period of treatment, two period of treatment, three period of treatment and one month after the reseach to compare the patient’s symptoms and gynecological examination results.Results:l.From three period of treatment, the comprehensive efficacy of three groups is improved significantly compared with before treatment (P<0.05). It has statistical significance and suggest that a certain clinical curative effect can be obtained of three treatment.2.After three course of treatment, the three groups total effective rate is as follows: 80% in group A, group B 93.10% and 79.31% in group C.The three group total effectiveness was significantly with rank sum test(P<0.05). Among them, group A compared with group B is 0.046 (P<0.05),which indicate that group B is better than group A on the comprehensive curative effect.Group B compared witth group C is 0.008 (P<0.05), which indicate that group B is better than group C on the comprehensive curative effect.Group A compared with group C is 0.471 (P>0.05),which mean group A and group C has no significant statistical difference on comprehensive result.3. After three course of the therapy, group A is superior to group A and group C on Reducing fluid of Douglas.However, three groups has no statistical difference on attachment area effusion.4, After one month of drug withdrawal, group B is superior to group A and group C on Comprehensive results.5.Comprehensive results of group B has no significant statistical difference on the patient’s age, disease course and patient’s condition.Conclusion:The clinical study which treating Sequelae of PID with Cold-damp Stagnation Type by Nuangongshutong Decoction and Ginger-isolated Moxibustion has found that Nuangongshutong Decoction biside Ginger-isolated Moxibustion is superior to other two treatments.
