Objective:To evaluate clinical outcomes of simple implanted stent into parent vessel in patients with bifurcation coronary artery lesion, assess the initial and mid-term efficacy and results of coronary stent in treatment of the bifurcation lesion versus single disease in patients. Methods:Retrospective analysis of 101 cases with bifurcation lesion and 90 cases with single disease, bifurcation coronary artery lesion treated with strategy of simple implanted stent into parent vessel and non-positively implanted stent into the side branch, and to observe the clinical efficacy, immediately after the interventional procedure and 6-9 months clinical follow-up and incidence of major adverse cardiac events(MACE).Results:In the bifurcation lesion group, immediately successful incidence of PCI procedure is 99.01% (100/101),and no MACE during hospitalization, the incidence of asymptomatic patients during the 6-9 months follow-up is 95.65%(88/92),stable angina occurred in two patients with a rate of 2.17%(2/92)and unstable angina occurred in two patients with a rate of 2.17 %(2/92),and the incidence of MACE is 1.09%(1/92).In the single disease group, immediately successful incidence of PCI procedure is 100%(90/90),and no MACE during hospitalization, the incidence of asymptomatic patients during the 6-9 months follow-up is 96.47 %(82/85),stable angina occurred in two patients with a rate of 1.18%(1/85)and unstable angina occurred in two patients with a rate of 1.18%(1/85),and the incidence of MACE is 1.18%(1/85).Procedural successfully ratios,6-9 months major adverse cardiac events and Non-angina symptom showed no difference(P>0.05)in two groups of the bifurcation lesion and single disease. Conclusion:It is effective and safe to use the strategy of simple implanted stent into parent vessel and non-positively implanted stent into the side branch in bifurcation coronary artery lesion in short and mid-term observation, and the results of simple implanted stent into parent vessel on bifurcation coronary artery lesion and implanted stent on single disease were similar.
