| The interaction between Fas(CD95) and Fasl is a important mechanism of inducing apoptosis, keeping homoiostasis, and is especially vital in immune reaction of counterpoise body and accommodate the effect of CTL. Recently large number of findings prove the fact that the abnormal expression of humankind Fas/ Fasl system is associated with tumor to to escape immunologic surveillance , and that of process may involve in tumor development.Objectives:1 To assess the level of mFas and mFasL by immunohistochemistry method according to the stage of breast cancer patient and to compare to the control group,and to study their variation and significance .2 To assess the level of sFas and sFasL by ELISA according to the stage of breast cancer patient and to compare to control group, and to study their variation and significance.3 To assess the level of C-erbB-2 according to the stage of breast cancer patient and to study the relativity of Fas / Fasl and C-erbB-2 of breast cancer patient.Methods:1 .To detect the expression of mFas and mFasL in breast cancer,mammary gland cystic hyperplasia,mammary gland fibroma and normal mammary gland by Immunohistochemistry S-P method, meanwhile to detect the expression of C-erbB-2 2 To detect the sFas content in breast cancer patient,mammary gland cystic hyperplasia,mammary gland fibroma and normal mammary gland by ELISA method 3 . statistical analysis by software of spss10.0 for windowsResults:1. mFas has a lower express in breast tumor tissues than that of in normal breast tissues, and this difference has statistical significant (P<0.01), mFas is tended to down-expression with the seriousness of hyperplasia of mammary glands 2. mFasL has a higher express in breast tumor tissues than that of in normal breast tissues, and this difference has statistical significant (P<0.01), mFas is tended to up-expression with the seriousness of hyperplasia of mammary glands 3. The expression of sFas is the highest in breast tumor patients'serum, then is in hyperplasia of mammary glands and fibroid of mammary glands,in the normal breast tissues, it is the lowest. And sFas expression is associated with tumor pathological stage, size and metastasis etc. 4.The expression of mFas and C-erB-2 proved to be inverse correlation in breast tumorConclusions:1 The expression of mFas showed inhibition in breast carcinoma, adversely the expression of mFasL showed enhancement , hint abnormality expression of mFas/mFasL may relevant to mammary glands cancer of occurrence and development . 2 The expression of sFas showed highest levels in breast carcinoma, and relevant to the pathology stages,tumor size and transfer .3 the examination of sFas have no obvious trauma, and easily, probablily be a reference index of judgment mammary glands cancer, clinical Staging , transfer or not and evaluation of curative effect. 4. The expression of mFas and C-erB-2 proved to be inverse correlation in breast tumor. To hint the lower express of mFas in breast tumor tissues,may use for estimating prognosis, But need a further research. |
