Objectives:To study C-erbB-2 and Ki-67 expression,micro-invasive, lymph node involvement in non-acne and acne-type breast ductal carcinoma ,perform correlation analysis for their clinical significance.Methods:This study retrospectively analyzed 62 patients with breast ductal carcinoma (including 21 cases of acne, non-acne type 41 cases), their median age was 51 .Through cancer immunohistochemistry staining of the SP, HE staining, histological subtype detected C-erbB-2 gene expression and Ki-67 antigen expression of ductal carcinoma in situ, micro-invasive cancer, lymph node involvement, all the data using Chi-square test and rank correlation analysis, P <0.05 represent difference has statistical significance.Results(1) C-erbB-2 expression:C-erbB-2 expression in acne-ductal carcinoma was higher than that in non-acne type, their positive rates were 61.9% and 29.3% accordingly(difference has statistical significance, P <0.05).(2) Ki-67 expression: There were no significant differences of Ki-67 expression between non-acne and acne-type ductal carcinoma, the positive rate were 66.7% and 60.9% accordingly (difference has no statistical significance, P> 0.05).(3) Micro-invasive: Incidence of micro-invasive in acne-type ductal carcinoma was higher than the non-acne type,the incidence rate were 52.4% and 26.8% accordingly(difference has statistical significance, P <0.05).(4) Lymph node metastasis:Lymph node metastasis happened in both groups,it's rate in acne-ductal carcinoma was higher than that of non-acne type, respectively, 28.6% and 2.4%(difference has statistical significance, P <0.05). Conclusion:1. Histological subtype of breast ductal carcinoma in situ is closely related to oncocytes micro-infiltration and lymph node metastases, suggesting that it could be an independent prognostic indicator2. Histological subtype of breast ductal carcinoma in situ plays a clinical guiding role in the operation pattern.3. C-erbB-2 gene expression is related to clinical prognostic factors (lymph node metastasis, histologic subtype, etc.)can be used as predictors of breast carcinoma in situ.4. Individual Chemotherapy guidance, direction of C-erbB-2 gene expression in patients with different degrees of breast carcinoma in situ to regulate individual treatment, plan to extend patients with tumor-free survival, control recurrence and metastasis and improve the quality of life.5. Ki67 expression is unrelated to histological subtypes of breastductal carcinoma insitu, so it is poor prognosis to the different histological subtypes of breastcarcinoma in situ.
