Climucal Study in Treatment Infantile Mycoplasma Pneumonia-induced Pneumonia with Jinzhen Oral Liquid and Clarithromycin.Objective To study the therapeutical mechanism and effect of Jinzhen Oral liquid(JZOL)and clarithromycin in treating infantile Mycoplasma Pneumonia-induced pneumonia(PPM)Methods Mycoplasma Pneumonia-induced Pneumonia(PPM)cases of the 90 chlidren were divided into two groups randomly for clinical research and divided into the treatment group and control group. Treatment group had 59 examples,male 34 examples,female 25 examples, (age 3-9 years old,average age 5.4±2.9 years old);and control group had 30 examples,male 19 examples,female 1 examples,(age 3-9 years old,average age 5.2±3.0 years old.)All of the children were given the commom treatment including clarithromycin capsule.At the same time, the children of the treatment group added with Jinzhen Oral liquid and the children of control group added with Anxiuteluo koufurongye.The symptomatic therapy of the days of the fever,cough,moisture and wheeze were separately measured and monitored the clinical symptom of the change of two groups of the children.Results The clinical result showes that the effect of Jinzhen Oral Liquid in antitussive,expectorant,anti-asthmatic,resolution of and wheeze and fever were significantly better in treatment group than those in control group(P＜0.05～0.01).About the curative rate,the recoverable rate of the therapeutical group is 66.10%,the total effective rate is 91.52%; those of the control group is 43.33%,the total effective rate is 76.66%.By means of statistical analysis,there is statistical difference between two groups on clinical effect(P＜0.05).It states that the clinical effect of treatment group is better than that of the control group.Conclusion The therapeutical mechanism of Jinzhen Oral liquid has antitussive,expectorant,anti-asthmatic effect and resolution of moisture and wheeze and bacteriostatic test in vitro.It indicated that Jinzhen Oral liquid could inhibit pneumonia-induced pneumonia.Jinzhen Oral Liquid (JZOL)and Clarithromycin is an effective preparation in treating mycoplasma pneumonia-induced pneumonia.
