Along with the science and technology development, personally solves the question ability and scope more and more is restricted,"the academic society coexistence"becomes the 21st century talented people necessary basic quality, the society more and more needs to have the cooperation to realize and to cooperate the ability new talented person, but cooperation talented person's raise summon cooperative study educational model. Cooperative learning have been mainly used in classroom-teaching of middle school in our country, and have already achieved good result. With the careful study and investigation, the author tries to apply this theory and method to the microbiology teaching in the nurse school. Implementing cooperative learning enables nurse school's students to develop comprehensive skills, give them more chances to take part in the teaching which embody the main position. Cooperative learning becomes a process that makes students form optimistic feeling and attitude, competence of study independently and promotion of cooperation consciousness and cooperation skill level.The research includes as follow: The theory and basic principle of cooperative learning has been summarized at first in the article, grasping the basic knowledge about cooperative learning for researching the nurse school. The second is the experiment research of cooperative learning on nurse school students. According to the characteristics of cooperative learning, the writer has designed experiment program integrated teaching situation of nurse school and microbiology teaching. The writer has mainly carried out a quasi-experimental research as well as questionnaires on cooperative learning in nurse schools'teaching. Experiment classes and contrast classes have been investigated on"Students'questionnaire about cooperative consciousness and cooperative skill";"Students'questionnaire about learning interest and learning attitude"and tested before and after the experiment. By investigation and test, we obtained correlated data.Through the investigation and experiment data discovery, the cooperative learning educational model has brought the huge change for the microbiology teaching classroom and students'study, is helpful to stimulates the student to study microbiology the interest, to enhances the student microbiology elementary knowledge and the basic skill has the help. By using cooperative learning we can effectively promote student's cooperation consciousness and cooperation skill level. Application of cooperative learning can effectively increase the academic record of students.
