Objective:To investigate the early diagnosis and treatment of people with cerebral venous sinuses thrombosis by analysis their clinical data.Methods:To collect clinical data of 15 patients with cerebral venous sinuses thrombosis.Combine the clinical data with literature and analysis.Results:86.6%patients had definite cause,non-infection causes account for 60.0%.Headache is the most frequent symptom of CVST and occurs in 84.6%of all cases.Intracranial pressure is elevated in all cases.D-dimer was elevated in 50%cases.CT showed typical abnormality of CVST in 33.3%cases,MRI in 80% cases and MRV in all cases.As soon asdiagnosed patients were given antithrombic treatment and symptomatic treament.7 cases were cured.7 cases were improved,1 case died,recanalization rate is 40%.Conclusions:CVST is easily misdiagnosed.The combination of magnetic resonance imaging and magnetic resonance angiography is currently the best method for diagnosis.Early diagnosis and early treatment can improve the prognosis.
