Logistic Regression Analysis On The Influential Factors And Several Related Inflammatory Factors Of The Phlegm And Blood Stasis Syndrome Of Coronary Artery Disease

Objective To approach the relationship of the influential factors and several related inflammatory factors of the phlegm and blood stasis syndrome(PBSS)of coronary artery disease(CAD),seek the essence in PBSS of CAD,and offer an evidence of normalization standard,look for new method and thinking in clinic.Method To collect data of inpatient with CAD,in the first subsidiary hospital of Guangzhou University of traditional Chinese medicine,from February of 2006 to March of 2007,divide inpatients into two groups,the PBSS group which contained 67 patients,and the neither phlegm nor blood stasis(NPNB)group which contained 26 patients.And then, established a data bank with SPSS11.5 software package,analyzed the numeration data by Chi-Square,analyzed the measurement data which was signed by(?)±s and was checked by T test.According to standard,graded 18 variable contained the influential factors and inflammatory factors of the PBSS of CAD,took Logistic regression analysis,tried to find a regression equation which would be checked by Homser-Leneshow test,evaluated the predictive value of PBSS of CAD at last.Results There were results in the research:1.The inception rate of PBSS group was remarkably higher than that of NPNB group(X2=18.08,P=0.000<0.50).2.There was no significant difference between PBSS group and NPNB group in essential hypertension,diabetes rnellitus,smoking,WBC,NEU%,PT and APTT(P>0.05).3.The TG and LDL level of PBSS group was remarkably higher than that of NPNB group(P<0.05),and also the HDL level(α=0.10).However,no difference was found about CHOL between the two groups.4.The CRP data of two groups transformed into natural logarithm,signed lnCRP, which fitted normal distribution.By comparing two groups with lnCRP,IL-6,Fib,ES and ICAM-1,it was found that the lnCRP level of PBSS group was remarkably higher than that of NPNB group(P<0.05).5.According to standard,graded 18 variables which contained the influential factors and inflammatory factors of the PBSS of CAD,took Logistic regression analysis,found the regression equation:the PBSS of CAD P=e-0.226+0.548×TG+0.546×CRP/1+e-0.226+0.548×TG+0.546×CRP. Checked the equation by fitting Homser-Leneshow test(P=0.687>0.20,Step2),found that the exact rate of PBSS of CAD was 75.3%in all.Conclusion Through the research,we concluded that the PBSS was the main syndrome of CAD;the higher level of TG and LDL otherwise the lower level of HDL may be the reference,index of PBSS of CAD;TG and CRP were intimate related to PBSS of CAD among 18 variables contained the influential factors and several related inflammatory factors of PBSS of CAD.
