A Clinical Research Of Bingyanqing Ⅶ In Treating The Adenovirus Pneumonia

Objective:The Group through quickly detect Adenovirus Pneumonia patients to observe the clinical performance of adenovirus pneumonia patients on the basis of antivirus the virology,and observe the clinical effection by using bingyanqingⅦand Ribavirin injection together.Comparison the effect with Ribavirin injection.The aim of this study was to summarize a effective Chinese prescription to treat the Adenovirus Pneumonia.Method:Adenovirus Pneumonia borderline cases were collected from ShenZhen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,then detecting them with the method of ELISA.51cases were screened and randomly classified routine therapeutic group and contral group.Routine therapeutic group was 26 cases,while contral group was 25 cases,Therapeutic groups was treated with bingyanqingⅦand Ribavirin injection together,while central groups were treated with Ribavirin injection.We progressed 10days clinical observation.Result:The total evaluation on the basis of symptom,objective sign,hemogram displayed:10 cases were heal,8cases were excellence,5cases were utility,3cases were ineffective in therapeutic groups,the total effective power was88.5%;but 8cases were heal,5ases were excellence,3cases were utility,9cases were ineffective in contral goups,the total effective power was 64.00%.The total effective power of therapeutic goups were obviously higher than the contral groups.Two groups of the age,sex,pathogenetic condition level were no difference(P＞0.05);23 cases with febrile and 21 cases with cough were improving within 3 days in therapeutic groups,while 6 cases with febrile and 10cases with cough were improving within 3 days in contral groups.On the whole,the relieving time of clinical symptom of therapeutic groups was shorter than the contral groups.There was a significant statistical difference(P＜0.05).According to score standard,the two groups were no statistical difference(P＞0.05)in aspect of febrile and cough.After 3 days,therapeutic groups post-treatment surpassed own pre-treatment(P＜0.01).And we found score of therapeutic groups were not so many as contral groups,There was a significant statistical difference(P＜0.05):Conclusion:According to the above results of clinical observation of Treating Adenovirus Pneumonia,we can draw the following conclusions:(1)The therapeutic group total efficiency is obviously higher than control group by using bingyanqingⅦand Ribavirin injection together,the total effective power was 85.5%,the therapeutic effect is positive.Traditional Chinese medicine bingyanqingⅦis superior to Western medicine in treating of Adenovirus Pneumonia.(2)The clinical results show:The therapeutic group is shorter than control group in the time of fever and cough improvement.
