Clinical Research On Renal Anaemia By Suixuebao Combined Epiao

Objective To appraisal the curative effect of the suixuebao and the Epiaotreating renal anaemia,to investigate the mechanism,and to retrieval theeffective method.Methods 70 patients were divided into two groups that is treatmentgroup(35 cases)and control group(35 cases).The treatment group wasintervened by suixuebao once 30 gram per day by mouth,and the Epiao was givenby hypo injection once 10000 unity per week.The control group was intervened by Epiao once 10000 unite per week by hypo inject ion.The two groups were giventhe seam food and the seam oilier basic treatment.The clinical symptom,thesign,the blood rout (RBC,Hb,Hct),TS,SF,electrolyte,the function ofkidney(Scr,BUN)were observed and appreciated after 3 months.And to testthe safe including correlated index of adverse effect (WBC,the function ofliver)and observe the adverse effect and incidence rate (r-HuEPO correlated hypertension,headache,hypersensitiveness).Results The effective rate of the treatmeni group is 91.42% and theobvious rate is 62.86%.The effective rate of the control group is 74.29%and the obvious rate is40.00%.There are significant different of the twogroups prior and post treatment at some aspects including RBC,Hb,Hct,TS,SF,Scr,BUN(P<0.01).There are different of the two groups prior and posttreatment at some aspects including RBC,Hb,Hct(P<0.01),TS,SF,Scr,BUN (P<0.05),the curative effect of the treatment group is superior to controlgroup.The symptom integral of TCM of the two groups were descreased aftertreatment.There are significant different at follow aspects,includinglassitude and debility,short breath and few words,dizzy,cardiopalmus,soreness and weakness of the loins and knees,complexion andnails pale(P<0.01),so the quality of Life were increased.There aresignificant different of the kidney function of the treatmeni group compared with control group(P<0.05).The electrolyte can be keeping stabilization.There are no adverse effect,the poison and adverse reaction,andhypersensitiveness.Conclusion the clinical symptom of the renal anaemia can be abated andameliorated by suixuebao combined Epiao,the kidney function can be ameliorated,and the survival kidney function also can be protected.It is one of the methodsto clinic because that the progress of the chronic renal failure (CRF)canbe postponed and the quality life can be increased.
