Background: Carcinoma of stomach is one of the most ordinary cancer which originated in gastric epithelial cells,it also occupies the second place of the global cancer cause of death. The modern medicine thought that the incidence of carcinoma of stomach is a multi-step, the multi-factors carries on the development process, mainly related to the environment, eating habits, helicobacter pylori infection, genetic and other factors. Presently, except the early operation treats to the stomach cancer patient's treatment method, stressed that improves patient's survival quality. Overseas are relatively many to the stomach cancer patient's survival quality research, and takes it as appraises each kind of treatment result the important target. Because the differences between domestic and foreign cultural context, the economic level and life style's, the overseas findings can not reflect the domestic stomach cancer patient's situation accurately. Moreover, At present the domestic related stomach cancer patient's survival quality research are very few, and lacks with the Chinese medicine dialectical related report. In certain extent has affected the medical workers to stomach cancer's comprehensive understanding, also restricted the Chinese medicine treatment to improve the patient to survive the quality superiority.Purpose: To discuss about stomach cancer patient's survival quality and related influencing factors.Methods: Used the questionnaire survey procedure, carried on the cross section investigation to Guangzhou University of Chinese medicine No.1 Affiliated Hospital's 90 stomach cancer patient's survival quality. The main measuring tool includes: Chinese version EORTC QLQ—C30 V3.0, Chinese version SF-36, self-made common material survey form. The investigation content including the stomach cancer patient's life food habit, the disease index of correlation (condition, symptom, Chinese medicine card period of five days type), to establish 2 groups, one of the former, including 45 preoperative patients with stomach cancer, and the other including 45 patients with stomach cancer after surgical operation, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and made the comparison. Through the relevant analysis and multiple regression analysis, and further screening to affect the quality of life of patients with stomach cancer a major factor.Results: (1) The first group of 45 cases, 30 cases of male (66.7%), 15 female cases (33.3%); aged 18 to 65-year-old, the average age (49.07±9.77) years old; Treatment group of 45 cases, 29 cases of male (64.4%), 16 female cases (35.6%), the average age (51.91±8.56) years old. On the gender composition of the male majority, consisting mainly of old age. (2) This study in patients with a family history of the 22.23%, rather than determine the relevant family history of 32.22%. Suggested that the incidence of gastric cancer patients and family there is a certain degree of genetic correlation. (3) Six of the TCM had a significant difference (P <0.05). (6) The first group of patients with gastric cancer in the social function of the highest scores (2.14±0.82), followed by emotional function scores (1.94±0.74), and physical function of the lowest score (1.33±0.39); treatment group, the social function of patients with scores also relatively high (3.32 ±0.65), followed by the body function (2.74±0.70), and cognitive function, the lowest score (1.82±0.71). This shows that the first group of social activities with the quantity and quality of the negative impact caused by the relatively small, but not much emotional fluctuations. (7) The first group and the treatment group scored the highest marks are fatigue, nausea and vomiting and the lowest score, and the treatment group than the first group scored significantly increased. Explains the rapid growth of cancer cells to the body's ability to bring consumption is very large, and after surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy and other treatment, we should pay more attention to the patient's body nutrition, energy absorption and consumption balance.Conclusions:(1) EORTC QLQ-C30 V3.0 Chinese and MOS SF-36 (Chinese version) is a better evaluation of the quality of life of patients with gastric cancer reliability and validity of the scale.(2) Mainly in patients with gastric cancer in elderly men mostly, and family and genetic,eating habits there is a certain degree of relevance.(3) By surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment of gastrointestinal function in patients with gastric cancer decline, suffering from weight loss, fatigue and bleeding than the symptoms significantly.(4) Spleen deficiency is the basis of gastric cancer, spleen deficiency, and liver and spleen uncoordinated, spleen and stomach deficiency-cold is the main card type of early gastric cancer, and after surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, while more patients with spleen deficiency, stomach blood stasis two syndromes.
