The Study On TV Fluorescence Perspective About Electro-acupuncture Treatment Of Dysphagia After Stroke

Background:The incidence of stroke,high morbidity,seriously endangering the health of human life.Dysphagia after stroke incidence rate of 30%-65%, dysphagia often leads to a variety of serious complications,such as human aspiration pneumonia,dehydration,malnutrition,bronchial spasm,airway obstruction and the emergence of social isolation,depression,And other negative social psychology,thus seriously affecting the patient's physical and mental health.Despite its high incidence rate,but few patients received the formal diagnosis of dysphagia,many of them with serious complications, and the staggering medical expenses.How the clinical treatment of the establishmentof one or more of the programme for post-stroke patients with dysphagia really effective treatment,particularly in combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,so that patients can eat normally, and use of standardized examination to evaluate and is conducive to the promotion of,China'snational economy and on people's health,played a very positive impact.Objective:By comparison with the electro-acupuncture therapy and VitalStim therapy for dysphagia after stroke in patients of treatment efficacy,we attempt to clear the treatment of significance of electro-acupuncture therapy for non-acute stroke during the period of severe pharyngeal swallowing and explore the role of electro-acupuncture therapy mechanism.Methods:A randomized controlled study law.The patients meeting the standards are divided accordingto the time of admission by random finto the treatment and control groups,namely,electro-acupuncture group and VitalStim treatment group.By programme for each treatment,patients before treatment and after treatment three weeks are respectively given evaluation for bedside swallowing function and VFSS inspection,according to the score under the functional evaluation and the extent of dysphagia for Clinical judgement. In addition,we could record the adverse reactions in the treatment of the two groups and evaluate the safety of the two treatment methods.After the end of the treatment course,two men will enter the collected information into the computer,using software packages SPSS13.0 management and statistical analysis.The statistical methods are used Chi-square test and rank-and-testing.The results:1.Cases included a total of 70 cases,that the treatment group of 35 cases and 35 cases of the control group.No cases of loss and death.Comparison of the two groups,the treatment group for the cure rate:38%,efficiency: 34.5%,non-efficiency:3.8%,and the total efficiency:88.6%;control group cure rate:29.2%,efficiency:16.7%,non-efficiency:8.3%,the total efficiency:85.7%.The rank-and-testing shows P＞0.05(Table 1)of the effect of the two groups,and this study shows that the effect of the two groups for post-stroke dysphagia treatment is a basic agreement.2.The number of effective cases are electro-acupuncture group of 31 people, Vitslstim group of 30 people,electro-acupuncture group were cured 11 people, including two cases of true palsy,nine cases of patients with pseudobulbar palsy,Vitslstim patients were cured 10 people,including one case of the true palsy,nine cases of pseudobulbar palsy patients.This study showed that the treatment and control groups for true palsy and pseudobulbar palsy patients with the treatment of dysphagia is no difference(P＞0.05).And true palsy patients with dysphagia caused by the active and effective treatment can be achieved clinical cure.3.In two groups before and after the depression-treatment of drinking water tests,rattan test,swallowing oral contrast period score,pharynx period score,and score at the half-contrast liquid through the pharynx time there were significant differences(P＜0.01)(Table 7).Two groups of patients that can increase the depression-drinking water testing and grading rattan tests, swallowing oral contrast period score,pharynx period score,and score at the half-contrast liquid through the pharynx,and the effect of the two groups of improving these assessments isconsistent(P＞0.05)(Table 8,9).It also shows that VFSS for the Study of electro-acupuncture treatment of severe pharyngeal period mainly in patients with dysphagia is very necessary,having a very good clinical significance.4.In the treatment process group only one case of a pinhole subcutaneous bleeding and hemorrhage occurred in electro-acupuncture group,without finding such as adverse reactions and so on in other patients.Conclusion:Have not yet come to the conclusion that electro-acupuncture group is superior to the VitalStim treatment group in the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia,but the two treatment groups of dysphagia after stroke in patients both play a positive role in improveing clinical performance and changing the image,without occurring obvious adverse reactions.It also shows that VFSS for the Study of electro-acupuncture treatment of severe pharyngeal period mainly in patients with dysphagia is very necessary,having a very good clinical significance.
