| Background:BPH is the cause of elderly men uresis dysfunction in the most common reasons for a benign disease.Because of the long time obstruction of bladder outlet,Patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia easily to complicating with bladder dysfunction.Benign prostatic hyperplasia patients with unstable bladder about 50%,after relief the obstruction, most patients bladder function returned to normal.However,there are still about 20%of patients with unstable bladder no symptoms improve, unstable bladder is one of the early complications after surgery of TURP, the clinical performance to the strong micturition desire,paroxysmal lower abdomen suprapubic and(or)urethral spastic pain,continuing a few seconds of each attack To a few minutes,bladder washing leads to deepening of blood,can induce serious bleeding events,may lead to re-operation. Bladder contraction of the current spasm of treatment more difficult, mainly after-analgesia pump,the use of analgesics,spasm agents, antihistamines,calcium channel blockers,M-blockers,and so on.However, no matter what method used,there are still 20%to 30%of cases have little effect.Objective:To observe the influence about acupuncture treatment on the unstable bladder symptoms after the TURP,the time about urine turn to clean,the time about removal of the catheter,the average length of stay after the operation,and with the control group for comparison,then evaluate the clinical efficacy of Acupuncture treatment on the unstable bladder symptoms after the TURP. Methods:A randomized controlled trial,in April 2006 of a December 2007 were included in this study during the 60 eligible patients,60 cases occurred after TURP patients with overactive bladder is divided into acupuncture treatment groups and control groups,each group 30 patients. Acupuncture treatment group for the first day after surgery,begin to give moxibustion treatment on Qihai and Guanyuan two points,twice a day, every time 20 minutes,while give electro-acupuncture treatment on Zusanli,Sanyinjiao two points twice daily,patients can stimulate the strength to endure,every 20 minutes.The treatment last three days.The control group conventional treatment,do not use any other treatment. Observation of patients with overactive bladder symptoms,the time of urine turn clean,the time to removal the catheter and the average length of stay after the operation,a variance analysis compared two groups of the result of treatment.Results:The two groups after three,days of evaluation,treatment group the time of urine turn clean last to 1.78±0.52 days,time of removal of catheter last 3.21±0.64 days,time of the average length of stay last 4.36±0.93 days,all of these are shorter than thecontrol group 2.56±0.68days,4.15±0.77days,5.93±1.36days,and compare the result of the two groups have statistical significance(P＜0.05),the treatment group unstable bladder symptoms score 5.50±2.37 less than the control group, 8.37±2.19,the two have statistical significance(P＜0.01).Conclusion:1.Electro-acupuncture in Zusanli,Sanyinjiao points and Ai-Moxibustion on Qihai,Guanyuan Points to treatment the unstable bladder after TURP have manifest clinical effect,with the blank control group,the clinical symptoms score significantly lower.In this study,patients with bladder spasm after subjective symptoms score the test group were less than the control group,suggesting that electro-acupuncture with moxibustion treatment to unstable bladder after TURP,patients can significantly alleviate pain,reduce the suffering of patients,have significant clinical effectiveness.2.In this study,the time of urine turn clean,time of removal of catheter, time of the average length of stay of the test group were less(short) in the control group,suggesting that electro-acupuncture with moxibustion benefit of patients who have unstable bladder after TURP, patients with reduced length of stay,lower medical costs,reduce the burden of patients.
