Expanding Application Of JW1H

With the development of information technology, there are great changes of hospital, the level of management and service of hospital is being improved. Jun Wei 1 Hao (JW1H) Hospital Information System is one of the most successful and extensive systems in china. Based on the good use of hospital information system, it is quite worth to explore how to expand information technology to other aspect of hospital.With the development of society and people's living standard boosted,The whole social health consciousness and disease precaution consciousness unceasing raised. The regular health examination has been the important concent of the general public's health care.Under this background, based on JW1H Hospital Information System, we designed and developed health physical-examination information system. In order to satisfy hospital medical examination center to utilize and requirement of hospital's information resource, we make full use of existing resource of every net working station and medical examination center, and carry on the application research of hospital medical examination information service. The system supplies convenient information service of medical examination for the whole hospital, and greatly improves working efficiency of medical examination management department at the same time. The health physical-examination information system is the typical information management system, and its development mainly includes the establishment and maintenance of background data and exploitation of front-end application program. With the application of ORACLE8i database management system, SQL language and Power Builder software, we finished the requirement analysis of library management system, classification of function mode and analysis of database mode, finally database structure and application is designed. The operation result of system proves that it satisfies the requirement of reader, library workers and advanced administrators.The paper puts forward an expanding application method of JW1H system. Based on deep survey of military hospital, we first carry on the research of hospital's physical-examination in the system, and then the health physical-examination information system is designed and realized under our great effort. After the testing of system, it runs well and fully satisfies all function of design. The system achieves the connection of JW1H and thus proves the expansion of JW1H. The information system supplies methods and technology template for other application systems.
