Objective:To investigate the relationship between inflammatory factors and PAH in cigarette smoking-induced pulmonary hypertension(PH) in rats, observe the datas of inflammatory factors and PAH in simvastatin intervention group and make statistic analysis of these datas to judge whether there is significant difference of these datas among intervention group, normal group and model group.Thereby to explore whether simvastatin could inhibits the increase of inflammatory factors and PAH in model group and whether the attenuation of PAH is related to the inhibition of inflammation in model group. Methods:observe the datas of inflammatory factors and mPAH in separated time points.Make linear regression analysis to know whether there is linear relationship between the datas。Observe the datas of inflammatory factors and mPAH in the same time points among the three groups.Use homogeneity of variance test and SNK-q test to analyse whether the datas among these three groups are different. Results:There is linear regreesion relationship between hs-CRP and mPAP in model group .And there is no linear regreesion relationship between TNF-a and mPAP as well as IL-6 and mPAP.The datas of hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-a and mPAP in intervention group are significantly higher than that in normal group. The datas of hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-a and mPAP in model group are significantly higher than that in intervention group. Conclusion: there is linear regreesion relationship between hs-crp and mPAP.hs-crp could be a reliable index to indicate mPAP.The inflammatory factors and mPAP are inhibited in simvastatin intervention group, indicating that simvastatin could inhibits the process of PAH by inhibiting inflammtion.
