Objective:To observe the effects Ling Gui Longmu particles on the mice model with viral myocarditis. To investigate its therapeutic action and mechanism of action on viral myocarditis.Methods:Replicated the animal models of the viral myocarditis with the method of injecting thecoxB3m virus to the peritoneal cavity of the Balb/c mices. Deviding the 70 Balb/c mices into three groups random:l. normal control group ( n=10 ) 2.model control group A(seven-days group, n=10). model control group B(fourteen-days group,n=10).model control group C(twenty-one-days group,n=10)3. model group D(seven-days group, n=10).model group E(fourteen-days group,n=10).model group F(twenty-one-days group,n=10). Observed the effects of Ling Gui Longmu particles on the pathomorphology of viral myocarditis mice and the express of the PFP mRNA and Gra mRNA in the muscle tissue of the heart.Result:Ling Gui Longmu particles can improve obviously pathomorphology of viral myocarditis mice.In same time,compared with normal control group, model control group and model group all have significant difference (P <0.01).there is significant difference between model control group and model group(P <0.01). Ling Gui Longmu particles can reduce the expression of GramRNA and PFPmRNA . Compared with the normal control group, the expression of PFPmRNA and GramRNA increased significantly (P <0.01)in the mice of each group;at the selected three time points, compared with the model control group, the expression of PFPmRNA and GramRNA in the model group reduced (P <0.05). Conclusions:Ling Gui Longmu particles can alleviate the pathologic injury of viral myocarditis mouse model heart muscle , restrain infiltration of inflammatory cells and reduce the expression PFPmRNA and GramRNA of heart muscular tissues to refrain the autogenous immune response.
