Associative Analysis On Osteoarthritis Of The Knee Joint And Intra-Articular Pressure(IAP),Femur-Tibia Angle(FTA)

Objective:Score for osteoarthritis pathological changes of the knee joint through test under arthroscope,and associative analysis of monitoring result on intra-articular pressure,femur-tibia angle(FTA), provid evidence for clinical observation and treatment.Methods:1,General Information: From October 2006 to October 2007, collect 56 cases of osteoarthritis patient in our hospital,58 knee joint,there were 38 females (40 knee joint) and 18 males,14 cases complicating hydrops articuli,aged 45~87 years,average 66.7 years.2,Observation Contents: Development monitor pressure for corresponding joint use of Miray-9000 pressure monitoring apparatus and pressure transmitter in preoperative, imageology measure varus and evert angle change of the knee joint produced by the lower limbs line force. During operation we give a system mark under arthroscope for knee joint injury degree utilize Gibson scoring system on osteoarthritis of the knee joint.( among 8 cases score by open survey)3,Therapy Information:48 cases observe and treat by arthroscope, among 34 cases progress joint clear operation,4 cases progress meniscectomy,10 cases progress meniscus sutura, the rest 8 cases open survey and progress total knee joint replacement. hydrops articuli 14 cases,can't find pus cell,can't cultivate pathogenic bacteria, hemogram was normal.Results:Through Gibson scoring system on osteoarthritis of the knee joint. Under arthroscope we can yield below result,It haven't obviously relation on osteoarthritis of the knee joint pathological level and knee joint pressure,there isn't obviously difference on development monitor pressure in different angle,but they correlate each other between intra-articular pressure and hydrops articuli.They have direct associativity between osteoarthritis of the knee joint pathological level and the lower limbs line force.Conclusion:They are cause and effect,influence each other of the lower limbs line force. changes and the knee joint pathological level on osteoarthritis patient,that will provide treatment basis for osteoarthritis patient according these changes,and focal point interfere in joint pathological changes and angle of the lower limbs line force,we can . prevent and postpone pathological changes development by various kinds of therapeutic tool, achieve treatment purpose and get therapeutic efficacy standard for patient; when mobile join at dynamic state in hydrops articuli, changes of the intra-articular pressure are obviously,maybe lead affection continue more aggratate, to influence articular cartilage,bone under cartilage,synovium et cetera,so we should decompression promptly and control progression of disease. Intra-articular pressure development changes determine by that anatomic structure properties tremendous degree.
