The Value Of Neutrophil Elastase And Zinc Measuring Of Expressed Prostatic Secretion In The Diagnosis Of Type Ⅲ Prostatitis

Objective:To measure the concentration of Zinc and Neutrophil Elastase(NE)in Expressed Prostatic Secretions(EPS)of patients suffering from chronic non-bacterial prostatitis,and taking the routine consequence of EPS examinations and statistics analysis,then making sure the value in chronic non-bacterial prostatitis diagnosis.Methods:Taking the consequence of EPS examinations,concentration of NE and ZN, bacterial culture and CPSI of 30 patients suffering from chronic non-bacterial prostatitis in experimental group,taking the correlative analysis of concentration of NE and WBC accounting,CPSI and WBC accounting,CPSI and concentration of NE. Taking the consequence of EPS examinations,concentration of NE and ZN,and bacterial culture of 30 people as control,then taking analysis of Gaussian distribution of them.Taking statistics analysis of concentration of NE and ZN,then making sure the significant difference in the consequence of the two groups.Results:1.30 patients in experimental group,there is positive dependability relation between concentration of NE and WBC accounting,there is dependability relation between concentration of NE and CPSI score,and between CPSI score and WBC accounting.All bacterial cultures are negative in EPS.2.30 people in control group,the concentration of NE,WBC accounting in EPS are all in Gaussian distribution.All bacterial cultures are negative in EPS.3.There is significant difference in concentration of NE and ZN in two groups.Conclusion:1.ZN has an important role in the development of chronic prostatitis,To measure the concentration of ZN in EPS,There is some value in the diagnosis of chronic prostatitis.and to measure the concentration of ZN in EPS may estimate the therapeutic effect and prognosis of chronic prostatitis. 2.There is some significance in measuring the concentration of NE in EPS in the diagnosis of chronic prostatitis.3.Bacterial culture has some clinical significance in the diagnosis of chronic prostatitis.
