The Expression Of Shh In Gastric Cancer Cell(SGC-7901)

Objective:To study the expression level of Sonic Hedgehog(Shh) in gastric cancer cell and investigate the relationship between Shh and gastric cancer.Method:To cultivate gastric cancer cell(SGC-7901) and the normal gastric musosa cell. Use the logarithmic phase cell to make cell smear.The expression of Shh protein was detectived by immunocytochemical method.The expression of ShhmRNA was detected by RT-PCR.Result:The Shh protein positive rate was 70% in gastric cancer cell and was 15% in the normal gastric musosa cell.The expression of Shh protein was higher in gastric cancer cell.ShhmRNA was not expressed or lowly expressed the normal gastric musosa cell l,but highly expressed in gastric cancer cell.Conclusion: Shh protein and ShhmRNA was highly expressed in gastric cancer cell.
