Level And Significance Of Hepatocyte Growth Factor In Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective to investigate HGF lever and clinical signigicance of type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients in different stage.Method to divide 61 type 2 diabetic patients(DMgroup) into 3 sub group according to ratio of albumin/creatinine(ACR):simple diabetes group(DM₁ group) ACR＜30μg/mg,microalbunminuria group(DM₂ group) ACR30-300μg/mg,macroalbunminuria group(DM₃group) ACR＞300μg/mg;to test HGF,FBG,HbA1c,ACR,HDL,LDL,CHOL,TG of 19 normal FBG person(normal FBG group,NFG) and 61 type 2 diabetic patients,and analyze the relationship between HGF and other parameters。Results(1)the HGF lever of DM₁ DM₂ DM₃group was significant higher than NFG,the HGF lever of DM₂ DM₃group was higher than that of DM₁,the HGF lever of DM₃group was higher than that of DM₂.(2) the relationship between HGF and ACR was positive in DM group.(3)the relationship between HGF and history was negtive in DM group controling ACR.(4)the relationship between HGF and FBG was positive.(5)the relationship between HGF and SCr was positive.Conclusion(1)the level of serum HGF was affected by ACR and history together.(2)HGF may anticipate the onset and developing of DN.To test HGF lever is benifical to early diagnosis and intervention of DN.(3)HGF may be a protective factor of DN.
