Objiective: To examine the expression and distribution of CD4,CD8 and P-STAT3 in lesions of psoriasis vulgaris..Analysis the relationship between the expression of them.Methonds Immunohistochemical stain was used to detect the expression of CD4,CD8and P-STAT3 in the skin lesion of 60 patients with psoriasis(20 cases in every stage ). Meanwhile, those factors were detected in normal skin tissue as control..Results The expression of CD4,CD8 and P-STAT3 in normal skin tissue was fewer or no,â‘ The expression of CD4, CD8 and P-STAT3 in stage of progression was significantly higher in the lesions than those in normal skin(P<0.01). Positive correlation was found between the expression of CD4 and P-STAT3(P<0.01).â‘¡The expression of CD4 and P-STAT3 in period of stabilization was significantly lower in the lesions than tho-se in the stage of progression(P<0.01), the expression of CD8 in this stage was not sig-nificantly lower than those in stage of progression(P>0.01), Positive correlation was fou-nd between the expression of CD4 and P-STAT3(P<0.01).â‘¢The expression of CD4, CD8 andP-STAT3 was singnificantly lower than the two above(P<0.01). Positive correlation was found between the expression of CD4 and P-STAT3(P<0.01).Conclusion CD4, CD8 and the STAT3 signaling pathway may participate in the path-ogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris Objective To explore the therpeutic mechanism of NB-UVB.Methords The CD4,CD8,,P-STAT3 were detected by immunohhistochemical techniques in lesion psoriatic dpidermis, before, ten times and after the phototherpy in 30 patients. Results The CD4,CD8,P-STAT3 of all cases in both of ten times and after the phototherpy( P <0.001), When the twentith phototherapy, which is to get close that of normal tissue. Conclusions These functions are partially effective mechanism of NB-UVB.
