The Research Of Development Strategy Of TR Ophthalmologic Hospital

With the development of reformation of the medical system and the open of the medical service market, The hospital facing the challenge from more complicated and changefully economy, society, politics, technology, law and ethic environment, Hospitals must introduce the strategic thinking into daily management and recognize the strengths and weaknesses of themselves, the opportunities and threats they must face. Strategy is connected with company's wholly developing targets and long-term profits. Every successful company has a good strategy, while defeat companies often have wrong strategies. So TR ophthalmologic hospital (the "TR hospital") also must draw up a set of useful strategies to have a good future.There are four parts in this paper. Part one, the introduction. Thoroughly analyze the hospitals advantage and disadvantage, the opportunity and challenge that face, put forward the purpose, and meaning of this research and the emphases and structure of this text; Part two, the outer environment and the inner conditions of the hospital is analyzed to find out the chances and threats and to make certain the advantages and weakness of itself; Part three, the developing strategy is made on the basis of SWOT analysis; Part four, the concrete implement scheme is discussed.This paper is the combination of the theories and practice. The development strategy has realistic sense for the TR hospital facing marketing competitive. And this study can be a guiding for the hospital management. The strategy analysis method and concept and thinking way of strategy management in this paper is instructional and helpful to other hospitals.
