The Effect Of MDA,GSH-PX And CRP In Serum By Huang Zhu Qing Nao Solution(HZQNS) On The Acute Intracerebral Hemorrhage Rat(AICH)

Purpors:To research the effect of MDA,GSH-PX Pase and CRP in serum by Huang Zhu Qing Nao Solution on acute intracerebral hemorrhage(AICH).Methods:60 adult male Sprapue Demey rats were randomly divided into normal contronl group(n=10),ICH model control group(n=10),Nimodipine treatment group(n=10), HZQNS high-dose trearment group(n=10), HZQNS mediate-dose trearment group(n=10), HZQNS low-dose trearment group(n=10).Expect for HZQNS low-dose trearment group,the other rats were founded ICH model that it was induced by injection of autologous blood into the right caudate nucleus.To observe change of pathology by microscope.After ICH model founded successfully,began irrigating medicine by stomach and give once day from day 1 to day 7.Then got intracerebral tissue by decollation,measurate MDA,GSH-PX Pase content in the tissued and CRP in big rat serum.Result:(1) Hematoma was seen in rats with ICH,neurological deficits were seen in all rats.(2)Compared with model control group and normal control group,GSH-PX Pase activity reduce and MDA,CRP goes up in evidence,which hints that ICH model has been made successfully.(3) HZQNS high-dose treatment group and HZQNS mediate-dose treatment group which are not difference each other all excell Nimodipine treatment group. Nimodipine treatment group is not diversity with HZQNS low-dose treatment group.It suggests that HZQNS low-dose treatment group has the same curative effect as Nimodipine treatment group.Conclusion:During acute stage of ICH, HZQNS may obviously increase GSH-PX and reduce MDA ,CRP Pase activity in brain tissue of rats with ICH. HZQNS is provided with some function such as peroxidation,neurocyte inner dropsy , repress burning to respond an etc. and protect brain neurocyte.
