The Expression And Clinical Significance Of CyclinA,PCNA And P27 Protein In Non-Nodgkin Lymphoma

Objective To investigate the expression and its clinicopathological significance of cyclinA,PCNA and P27 in NHL.Methods The expression of cyclinA,PCNA and P27 proteins were examined by S-P method of immunohistochemistry in 62 patients with NHL.Also 10 cases with RH were chosen as control group.Finally we did statistical analysis combining with clinical and pathological data.Results 1,The positive rates of cyclinA and PCNA in NHL were 61.29% and 72.58%,which were significant higher than those in RH(P＜0.05);the positive rates of P27 protein in NHL was 30.65%,which was significant lower than that in RH(70%)(P＜0.05).2,The positive rates of cyclinA and PCNA in invasive lymphoma and high-invasive lymphoma were higher than those in indolent lymphoma(P＜0.05);but the positive rates of P27 protein in invasive lymphoma and high-invasive lymphoma was lower than that in indolent lymphoma(P＜0.05).3,The positive rates of cyclinA and PCNA in IPI high-mid-danger group with NHL were 72.73%and 84.85%,which were higher than those in IPI low-mid-danger group(48.28%,56.62%)(P＜0.05);the positive rates of P27 protein in IPI high-mid-danger group was 21.21%,which was lower than that in IPI low-mid-danger group(41.38%)(P＜0.05).4,The CR rates of negative expression of cyclinA or PCNA in NHL patients were higher than those in positive group(P＜0.05).The CR rates of negative expression of P27 protein in NHL patients was lower than that in positive group(P＜0.05).5,The expressions of cyclinA protein were positive correlation with those of PCNA protein in 62 patinets with NHL(r=0.536,P=0.000,n=62),which were negatively correlated with those P27 protein(r=-0.591,P=0.000,n-62)Conclusion The high expression of cyclinA,PCNA and low expression of P27 protein were obviously correlate to the genesis,progression of in NHL, which might be a poor prognosis marker.
