| BackgroundCoronary heart disease(CHD)is one of important diseases endangering human being' s health.The incidence and mortality rate of CHD are gradually increase in China recently.In recent decades,there is magnitude development in the therapy of acute myocardial infarction(AMI).New therapies are develoed,such as thrombolysis, percutaneous coronary intervention,angiotensin-coverting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI),β-receptorblocker,antiplateletdrug.Compelling ecidences are afforded by large scale clinical trials following the principle of Evidence Based Medicine(EBM)to supprot all these therapies.Due to the use of these new therapies,the mortality and morbidity of AMI are teduced to 4%-6%,the long-term progonsis is also improved but still need further improvements.CHD is brought into "XIONG BI" category in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).It' s disease mechanism includes six types,which are XIN XUE YU ZHU.TAN ZHUO YONG SAI.YIN HAN NING ZHI.XIN SHEN YIN XU.and YANG QI XU SHUAI,which belong to BEN XU BIAO SHI syndrome.BEN XU includes deficiency of XIN QI XUE YING YANG,and BIAO SHI is that vascular skeletons are blocked by TAN RE,TAN ZHUO,YIN nAN,YU XUE,QI ZHI and so on.In BEN XU BIAO SHI syndrome,the basic is QI XU XUE YU,in the south of china,QI XU TAN YU is also an important syndrome.With the transformation of the medicinal mode,Quality of Life(QOL)of the Patient was increasing attention.As we know,TCM has not a good curative effect guideline.QOL application in TCM was in seedtime in our country.These study show that QOL is an impersonality estimator to TCM clinic curative effection. There are few study that TCM can improve the QOL of the in the patient with AMI after PCI,especially single blend trial.randomized. placeboo-controlled Trial.Our study will adopt this method,and we fill up this blank.ObjectiveWe will observe the TongGuan Capsule's effects to the AMI patient after PCI in symptoms.heart function indexes;discuss the TongGuan Capsule' s effects to the AMI patient after PCI with different TCM syndromes;evaluate the TongGuan Capsule's effects to the AMI patient after PCI in QOL index. We pile up clinic data for QOL plan tables.It will promote QOL application in TCM.MethodBy using prospective single blend trial.randomizdc placeboo-controlled study, we observed 59 AMI patients who treated by PCI in Guangdong provincial hospital from 2007-3 to 2008-3.According to Randomized table we drive the patients to the trial group(ToagGuan Capsule+western medicine)and the control group(placebo+western medicine).On the day before PCI and after two monthes after PCI we observe the AMI patients in TCM symptoms,heart function indexes. the 36 items short form of health survey(SF-36)and the seattle angina questionnaire(SAQ).The data putted into computer,and Statisticed by SPSS11.0.ResultRespectively compared patients' indexes correlation on TCM clinic syndromes in two groups' after treatment with before treatment,the trial group's general efficiency rate is 97%,the control group's general efficiency rate is 85%,TCM clinic syndromes have been obviously impoved,which exists notable statistics sense(P＜0.05).TongGuan Capsule can improve symptoms in the main two kind of TCM syndrome,especially to QI XU XUE YU. Respectively compared patients' indexes correlation on LVEF.the wall of ventricle's movement and NYHA heart function index in two groups' after treatment with before treatment,it can be improved(P＜0.01 or P＜0.05). Respectively compared patients' indexes correlation on SF-35 and SAQ in two groups' after treatment with before treatment,many dimensionalities of two tables have been obviously improved(P＜0.01 or P＜0.05).Conclusion TongGuan Capsule have obvious effects to AMI patient after PCI.It can improve symptoms in the main two kind of TCM syndrome,especially to QI XU XUE YU.It can improve heart function of AMI patient after PCI.TongGuan Capsule can improve many dimensionalities of two QOL tables,it can improve QOL of AMI patient after PCI.
