Effect Of The Treatment Of Invigorating Spleen Function And Qi In Healing Of Serious Soft Tissue Injury And The Expression Of B FGF And EGF In Soft Tissue

Objective:Using the method of bleeding from the vein of fossa orbitalis and lancing to made the model rats of trauma.To observe the influence of invigorating the spleen and qi for the time of the rehabilitation of wounded soft tissue and the amount of b FGF and EGF in the wounded soft tissue.To explore the effect and mechanism of invigorating the spleen and qi as a treatment of wounded soft tissue in serious trauma.To apply an experimental elements for extending the application of the method of invigorating the spleen and qi in wounded soft tissue in serious trauma.And break a new way for the new drug of wounded soft tissue.Methods:Forty SD rats were made to be traumatic models by using the method of bleeding from the vein of fossa orbitalis and lancing.And the 33 rats alive were arranged into the invigorating the spleen and qi group,the activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis group and the control group randomly.Then to observe the color and luster of the muscular tissue and the whole situation of the traumatic surface,the growing situation of the granulation tissue and scarfskin.And in the 3^th,7^thand 14^thday after the operation,to measure the area of the traumatic surface and count the rate of rehabilitation.To register the time that the rehabilitation of the wounded tissue needed.And they were made biopsy of the tissue of the wounded area in 3,7,14 days after the operation.After fixation and section,the tissues were stained by the method of Hematoxylin-Eosion and Immunohistochemistry to detect the expression of b FGF and EGF in the wounded tissue.All data was analyzed by the software of SPSS13.0.Results:The effusin of the rats' traumatic surface of the control group was more than the other groups.And the rats' traumatic surface was dark red, the tissue around the traumatic surface was oncotic.The pliable and fragile soft tissue appeared slowly.The color of the traumatic surface of the invigorating the spleen and qi group was fresh.The intumesce of the soft tissue around the traumatic surface.In the 3^thand 7^thday after the operation,the rate of rehabilitation of the wounded soft tissue of the invigorating spleen and qi group was absolutely higher than other two groups(P＜0.05).But in the 14^thday after the operation,the rate of rehabilitation of the wounded soft tissue of the invigorating spleen and qi group was not different among the three groups(P＞0.05).And the time of rehabilitation of the wounded soft tissue of the invigorating spleen and qi group was markedly less than the control group.But the time of rehabilitation of the activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis group was not markedly different from the control group(P＞0.05).In the 3^th,7^thand 14^thday after the operation, the expression of b FGF and EGF in the wounded tissue of the invigorating the spleen and qi group and the activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis group was absolutely higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05). In the 3^thand 7^thday after the operation,the expression of b FGF and EGF in the wounded tissue of the invigorating the spleen and qi was higher than that of the activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis group(P＜0.05). But in the 14^thafter the operation,the expression of b FGF and EGF in the wounded tissue of the invigorating the spleen and qi was not different from the activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis group(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The method of invigorating the spleen and qi can efficiently promote the amount of b FGF and EGF in the wounded tissue of fresh soft tissue trauma of lancing.It can promote the growth of the granulation tissue and facilitate concrescence of the wounded area.Ant it is more effective than the method of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis.So,it has good value in clinic.
