Effects Of QingReJiangHuoFang On Recurrent Oral Ulcer Rats With Type Of Hyperactivity Of Fire Caused By Deficiency Of YIN

Recurrent Oral Ulcer (ROU) is mainly character with local oral mucous membrane ulcer,ache and recurrent attacks. There is not unified cognition on the reasons of ROU in modern medicine until now, which effects the clinical medication. In traditional Chinese Medicine, ROU is belongs to "KouYang" or "KouChuang" . It will be a broad prospect using TCM determination of treatment based in pathogenesis obtained through differentiation of symptoms and sign. QingReJiangHuoFang is a clinical formula composed with taraxaci herba,honeysuckle flower,lalang grass rhizome, caulis hocquartiae,lophatherum herb,root of straight ladybell,ophiopogonis radix,anemarrhenae and licorice root within that root of straight ladybell and ophiopogonis radix are principal agent to increase YIN and reduce heatiness. Taraxaci herba and honeysuckle flower act for clearing virulent fire. Lalang grass rhizome,coix seed,lophatherum herb act for dragging heatiness out of urine. By further studied on classification and etiopathogenisis, this report investigated the curative effects of QingReJiangHuoFang from clinical and animal experiments.Objective: This study was to investigated the curative effects of QingReJiangHuoFang from clinical and animal experiments on the ground of founding the diagnosis and quantization table, classification standard and further studied on and etiopathogenisis.Methods: The data of 121 cases ROU patients and 60cases health was collected. The weight values of 27 symptoms were given with maximum likelihood method. Main types of ROU were analyzed by principal component analysis and the possibly causes of ROU were inspected by matched-pairs design. By investigating the clinical curative effect, effects of QingReJiangHuoFang on Recurrent Oral Ulcer Rats With type of hyperactivity of fire caused by deficiency of YIN were studied.Results: 1. We have established the diagnosis scores table and screened 27 symptoms of ROU for giving weight values.2. ROU has been summarized deficient fire and sthenia fire by principal component analysis, and uprising of cardiac fire,lung and stomach sthenia fire,hepatic and renal yin deficiency,asthenia of pulmonary yin these four types from entrails.3. QingReJiangHuoFang can improve the symptoms and control the recidivism on the ROU, and better than western medicine group.4. Patient with ROU has higher AMS and LYZ compared with in health situation, but lower SIG-A. Hypoimmunity maybe is the reason of ROU.5. The model of Recurrent Oral Ulcer Rats with type of hyperactivity of fire caused by deficiency of YIN has been found, which not only has the symptoms of yin asthenia such as drinking more water, loss of weight and high of T3 and T4, but also has ulcer. It is basically in line with the clinical situation.6. QingReJiangHuoFang can improve the pathological appearance of ulcer and thyreoid.7. QingReJiangHuoFang can significantly decrease the level of T3 T4 in animal model, and has more strong effect on T4 than ZhiBaiDiHuang group.8. QingReJiangHuoFang can significantly decrease the level of AMS in animal model, of which in line with the clinical study.Conclusion:1. it is meaningful for directing clinical treatment by set up the Diagnosis score table and typing methods on ROU.2. it is possible that the level of SIG-A, AMS, LYZ maybe concerned with the ROU.3. QingReJiangHuoFang has effects of improving symptoms and taking control the recidivism on ROU with the type of YIN-deficiency4. QingReJiangHuoFang can improve the basic pathological of vigorous energymetabolism, and noticeably has the therapeutical effect on ROU in type of YIN-deficiency.
