Objective:To explore the effectiveness and safety of Ningqi granules on qi deficiency and anger-prone tachyarrhythmias, and discuss the possible mechanism of treatment of tachyarrhythmia from "negative fire",and promote the innovation of TCM theory, and enric-h the connotation of TCM theory. Methods:This study relies on the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission's Capital Special Feature Project, using random(random sequence generation and stochastic scheme hiding),parallel control and blinded(evaluation blindness and statistical blindness)design for clinical research.Sixty subjects were randomly assigned to a treatment group and a control group using a random number table method. All patients retained conventional western medicine treatment of other basic diseases, and given metoprolol tartrate tablets 12.5mg/times,12 times a day orally,on the basis of this, the treatment group to Ningshu granules,1 bag each time,2 times a day Orally, the control group was given an equal dose of placebo granules, one bag at a time,or two times daily. The treatment period is 4 weeks.Data was processed using SPSS20.0 software. The observed indicators were the total scores of TCM symptom scores before and after the change of single symptom scores, the evaluation of arrhythmia efficacy, changes in heart rate and heart rate variability,QT interval dispersion index, and safety indicators.Results:1.TCM symptom improvement indicators:After 4 weeks of treatment, the scores of TCM symptom improvement in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and the TCM symptom improvement efficiency was higher. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Single Symptom Score of Traditional Chinese Medicine:After 4 weeks of treatment, the scores of single symptoms in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group in palpitations, hot flashes, spontaneous perspiration, night sweats, fatigue, fatigue, dry tongue, and insomnia(P<0.05).3.Arrhythmia efficacy evaluation:After 4 weeks of treatment, after treatment, the treatment group markedly improved in 15 cases, effective in 12 cases, invalid in 3 cases, and aggravated in 0 cases. There was 1 case of adverse reactions during treatment, and the markedly effective rate was 50%,and the total effective rate was 90%;the control group was markedly effective in 7 cases.Among them,13 cases were effective,10 cases were ineffective, and 0 cases were aggravated. There was 1 case of adverse reactions during treatment, and the significant rate was 23.3%.The total effective rate was 66.7%.4.Heart rate variability index:After 4 weeks of treatment, the SDNN,SDANN Index,rMSSD,and pNN50 indices of the treatment group relative to the control group changed, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Q-T interval dispersion index:after 4 weeks of treatment, the QTd and QTcd of the treatment group decreased compared with the control group, and the difference was6.statistically significant(P<0.05).7.Safety Index:During the 4-week treatment period,no serious adverse events occurred in either group. One case of nausea and mild gastrointestinal symptoms occurred in the treatment group, and one case of dizziness and palpitations occurred in the control group. The incidence of adverse events was not statistically different between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:NingJi granules can safely and effectively reduce the TCM symptoms of patients with qi-vuo-wang-type tachyarrhythmia, increase the heart rate variability index, reduce the dispersion of QT interval, and treat qi deficiency and anger-proneness by improving clinical symptoms and improving cardiac autonomic nervous system adjustment.
