| Objective:Bile reflux gastritis is one kind of clinical common stomach disease. The Purpose of this article is according to the analysis of the traditional Chinese medical sympton-sign of bile reflux gastritis, we research the distribution regulation of the traditional Chinese medical sympton-sign of bile reflux gastritis, and further studies the relationship between TCM sympton-sign and the Helicobacter pylori, so that provide evidence to determination of treatment and scientific research.Methods:We design questionnaire of TCM sympton-sign of BRG at the base of literature search and remark from expert. on the one hand , we collect date of syndrome of BRG , establish data base to research the regulation of TCM sympton-sign in BRG by descriptives method and cluster analysis. On the other hand, we examine Helicobacter pylori of source patient by the fast urease experiment, then record and count the result; finally, at the base of above-mentioned, we create dataTable and statistical analyze the relationship between TCM sympton-sign and the Helicobacter pylori.Result:144 cases are collected include 56 male, and 88 female. The proportionof male/female is 1:1.57. The age is range from 18 years old to 70 years old, mean age is 36.85～14.64 years.1. The general data show that the proportion of male/female is 1:1.57, female incidence rate of BRG is higher than male. In addition, the case of 18～28 years old age segment is 54, accounting for 37.5% of total number of cases. The incidence rate of youth is obviously higher than other age segment.2. Hp infection status of BRG: In 144 cases, Hp positive cases (Hp+～+++) is 58, the positive rate is 40. 28%, obviously lower than that of Hp of NRG and PU.3.according to cluster analysis, dividing 144 cases into 5 types is truthful. These are incoordination between the liver and stomach type(47.9%),moist heat of the spleen and stomach type(22.9%),weakness of the spleen and stomach type (18.1%),asthenic yin of stomach type(8.3%) and qi stagnation and blood stasis type(2.8%). The frequency show that incoordination between the liver and stomach type > moist heat of the spleen and stomach type> weakness of the spleen and stomach type > asthenic yin of stomach type > and qi stagnation and blood stasis type.4.There are not relativity between Sex,age and TCM sympton-sign of BRG.5. According to the analysis of the relationship between TCM sympton-sign and the Helicobacter pylori, We found that there is significant difference of Hp positive rate In different TCM Sympton-sign, there are significant difference between incoordination between the liver and stomach type and moist heat of the spleen and stomach type,moist heat of the spleen and stomach type and asthenic yin of stomach type,moist heat of the spleen and stomach type and weakness of the spleen and stomach type. Hp positive rate in moist heat of the spleen and stomach type is 84.9%, all of Hp (+++) cases belong to moist heat of the spleen and stomach type. There is significant difference of Hp positive Severity in sthenia syndrome and asthenia syndrome.Conclusion:1. Female incidence rate of BRG is higher than male. The incidence rate of youth is obviously higher than other age segment.2. The positive rate of BRG is 40. 28%, obviously lower than that of NRG and PU.3. The main TCM sympton-sign of BRG are incoordination between the liver and stomach type,moist heat of the spleen and stomach type,weakness of the spleen and stomach type,asthenic yin of stomach type and qi stagnation and blood stasis type. The frequency show that incoordination between the liver and stomach type > moist heat of the spleen and stomach type > weakness of the spleen and stomach type > asthenic yin of stomach type > and qi stagnation and blood stasis type.4.There are not relativity between Sex,age and TCM sympton-sign of BRG.5. Hp infection of BRG is major in sthenia syndrome. Hp positive Severity in sthenia syndrome is higher than asthenia syndrome. Hp infection rate and severity in the moist heat of the spleen and stomach type are highest. |
