Clinical Experimental Study On Funitang In Treating Bile Regurgitational Gastritis

Bile regurgitational gastritis (BRG) is caused by overmuch bile. Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) has broad prospects in treating BRG. This project was selected to seek an effective recipe in treating BRG and to study the treating mechanism of it. In the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and clinical practice, the cause and pathogenesis on BRG is reviewed in the article. And curative effect and mechanism of Funitang treating BRG is researched systemly. In clinical study, 150 cases of BRG were treated with Funitang, the clinical cure rate is 38.16%, the total effective rate is 85.53%. The curative effect is better than that of the control group. Experimental research indicates: Funitang can treat BRG of the mouse by adjusting the MTL, clearing the HP, improving the level of PGE2, and protecting the mucous membrane.
