Research Of Relationship Between The Aged Malignant Hematonosis And Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective:Aged malignant hematonosis is a common malignant tumour of hematlopoietic system, frequently causes bone ache , pathological fracture, anemia, debilitation and so on. To follow the social senescence, the mobility of aged malignant hematonosis showing a tendency of ascensus year by year , and researchers pay more attention on it. Up to now , aged malignant hematonosis is still an uncurable disease , the therapeutic efficacy is not so satisfaction. We study and summarize pertinent literature and clinical data , Kidney deficiency and blood stasis is the main mechanism of aged malignant hematonosis, tonifying the kidney and promoting blood flow is the basic treatment, which has been proved by clinical study and experiment. To further research the TCM nature of aged malignant hematonosis , we used the method of clinical epidemiology to analyze the distributing rules of the types of syndrome of Traditional Chinese Medicine on the aged malignant hematonosis . It can provide the clinical basis to treat aged malignant hematonosis combining with disease and syndrome .Methods:Divided into two aspects , in the aspect of literature , we review and summarize pertinent literature about studying on the kidney deficiency and blood stasis of TCM and western medicine. While in the aspect of clinical ,we investigate 150 patients with aged malignant hematonosis of Guangdong provincial of TCM from the year of 2006 , Oct to 2007 , collect four diagnostic information , acquire the syndrome differentiation , then make the table of clinical epidemiology research .To use frequence distribution to describe the syndrome of Traditional Chinese Medicine differentiation and clinical model .Results:In the distribution of differentiation syndrome , kidney deficiency is the most frequent syndrome of asthenia syndrome , and the constituent ratio is 90. 7%, blood stasis syndrome is the most frequent syndrome of sthenia syndrome ,and the constituent ratio is 89.3%, kidney deficiency and blood stasis is the most frequent syndrome of asthenia and sthenia inclusion , and the constituent ratio is 80%. Other syndrome are spleen deficiency and kidney deficiency (36,24%), kidney deficiency and liver deficiency(46, 30.7%), kidney deficiency with phlegm and dampness(12,8%), kidney deficiency with pyrotoxin(1, 0.7%), spleen deficiency with blood stasis(31, 20. 7%), liver deficiency with blood stasis(43,28. 7%), liver deficiency with phlegm and dampness (3,2%), blood stasis with phlegm and dampness (12,8%), blood stasis and pyrotoxin(8,5.3%),pyrotoxin with phlegm and dampness (1,0.7%), both liver and kidney deficiency with blood stasis (43, 28. 67%), both spleen and kidney deficiency with blood stasis(30,20%),both spleen and kidney deficiency with phlegm and dampness (10,6.67%), both spleen and kidney deficiency with blood stasis and phlegm and dampness (4, 2.67%) . In the distribution of western medicine typing , leukemia is the most frequent etiology ,and the sum of patients is 60, Other etiology are lymphoma (30) , multiple myeloma (30) , and myelodysplastic syndrome (30). The distribution rule and sex of differentiation syndrome in the western medicine typing is no discrepancy with statistics test. Conclusions:In the distribution of differentiation syndrome, kidney deficiency and blood stasis is the most frequent syndrome. Kidney deficiency and blood stasis is the main etiology and pathology, tonifying the kidney and promoting blood flow is the basic treatment . It is feasible to use the theory of combining with disease and syndrome to treat aged malignant hematonosis.
