Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease,which short title is Pulmonary heart disease,is the cause of pulmonary hypertension and/or right heart failur that consits of lung,thorax,or pulmonary system in lensions.In the entire population in its incidence rate increased significantly,is the cause of older persons maimed and killed one of the main reasons.Long-term clinical practice and research that Chinese medicine treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease has the advantage of decompensated.So to seek a effective,long-term side effects of small,patients with high compliance of the treatment will become chronic pulmonary heart disease focus.A large number of Chinese medicine with Western medicine in the medical and clinical research has proved that Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease has its unique advantages,has been growing attention.In the succession of senior physician on the basis of practical experience, We found that Xiangdan injection of a good therapeutic effect, can significantly shorten the length of stay.To explore the mechanism, we conducted the following study.ObjectiveResearch on promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis of blood stasis source of chronic pulmonary heart disease Clinical observation.Methods 47 cases studied for 54~89-year-old chronic pulmonary blood stasis decompensated heart patients,A simple single-blind randomized into the treat group of 24 cases,the other control group of 13 ones.Comparing the two groups of patients with clinical symptoms points,quantitative blood stasis points, hemorheology and so on.What we did is to explore Xiangdan injection in the treatment of blood stasis chronic pulmonary heart disease mechanism.ConclusionsPatients with blood stasis and the extent of the seriousness of the relevant clinical symptoms,Xiangdan due to the following effect:â‘ lifting of vascular smooth muscle spasm,reducing resistance to blood flow; expansion of blood vessels,increase blood flow;â‘¢confrontation with the anti-hypoxia ischemia;â‘£inhibiting platelet aggregation,increase Fibrinolysis.So,the two groups can improve the treatment of symptoms,however, to better effect of promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis.
