Effects Of Sheng Mai San On The Level Of Lipolysaccharide And Cell Factors In Liver Failure

Objective:In clinical part,we chose acute and chronic liver failure sufferers to observe the effects of Sheng Mai San to the symptom,blood routine test and the cruor function,and analyze the liver function,cruor function, the serum level of LPS and cell factors,comparing with the control group;The animal experiment of research using the model made by LPS and D-Gal aims to observe the therapeutic use of Traditional Chinese medicine Sheng Mai San to Liver Failure,lucubrate the way of Sheng Mai San cure Liver Failure through restraining LPS and regulating the level of Cell Factors,and explore the mechanism in theory.The result will validate the clinical efficacy of Sheng Mai San to these patients,probe into the mechanism on the further level,provide theory and experiment gists for it.Method:1 Clinical study:By the way of retrospective controlled study,we chose 64 patients who were weakness of Qi and Yin,divided into 2 groups,32 for each group.The therapeutic groups:On the base of therapy according to the guideline,we treated the patients with Sheng Mai San,twice a day.To observe and register the effects of Sheng Mai San to the symptom,blood routine test, the liver function and cruor function,the serum level of LPS and cell factors. We statistically analyzed the liver function,the serum level of LPS and cell factors after 4 weeks,and the death rate after another 4 weeks,comparing with the control group.All of them have Statistical difference.2 Experiment study: The animal experiment of research using the models made by LPS and D-Gal aims to observe the therapeutic use of Traditional Chinese medicine Sheng Mai San to Liver Failure.2 and 8 hours after Sheng Mai San treating,to test the liver function,the serum level of Lipopolysaccharide and Cell Factors,lucubrate the way of Sheng Mai San cure Liver Failure through restraining LPS and regulating the level of Cell Factors,and explore the mechanism in theory on the further level.Result:1 Clinical study:We found that Sheng Mai San can reverse the labefaction of TB and DB,comparing to control groups have statistic difference (P＜0.001).But it can not affect ALT,AST and GGT statistically.The effects of Sheng Mai San to the symptom,live combination function and cruor function, the serum level of LPS and cell factors have Statistical difference,comparing to control groups(P＜0.001).After another 4 weeks,the death rate of Sheng Mai San group is 0,has Statistical difference comparing with the control group. 2 Experiment study:2 hours later,Sheng Mai San can debase the level of ALT, LPS,TNF—α,IL-1βand ICAM-1 statistically,comparing with control groups (P＜0.001 or P＜0.05).8 hours later,the effects of Sheng Mai San to ALT,LPS and ICAM-1 have statistic difference,comparing to control groups(P＜0.001 or P＜0.05).Conclusion:In the state of Liver failure,existing serious serum endotoxin, and can induce the level of Cell Factors diversified inflammation progressional reactivity,Sheng Mai San can stop the damnification to the body through regulating the serum level of LPS and Cell Factors.
