Analysis On Clinical Characteristics Of 12 Cases Of HIV/AIDS For First-episode And Abnormal Hematology Index

Objective To analyze the influence on hematological system of some HIV/AIDS Patients in our department, to Provide the basis of the further prevention and the treatment of HIV/AIDS. Methods The clinical datas of 12 HIV/AIDS cases were colleeted and analyzed in clinicale features and laboratory tests in our department from october 1987 to october 2007.The summary and analyzes of the HIV/AIDS Patients clinical featuresaccessory examination and so on. Results The 12 cases of HIV/AIDS patients accepted in our department.Their ages are ranged from 29 to 49 years.And most of them are Uighur males,The rate of male and female Patient 2:1.The main clinical maniefstations include fever, night sweat,weight loss,tiring, anaemia and low Protein, and various skin and mouth infection.When they have lower level of CD4 T cell count, they often suffer from various kinds of infection.There are more opportunity and categories to combination opportunity infection When CD4 T lymPhoeytes count less. And the total number of WBC.lymPhocytes and CD4 T lymphoeytes was remarkably reduced. Conelusions Change of HIV/AIDS Patients in our department involves many other aspects of hematopoietic system.
