Objective:The aim of our topic is to try to search for the distribution law of syndrome pattern of traditional Chinese medicine of acute myeloblastic leukemia through the dependablity research between hemogram, marrow figure of acute myeloblastic leukemia and syndrome pattern of traditional Chinese medicine,then find some for clinic information and pragmation indexes,and then inlet it to the differentiation of symptoms and signs with traditional Chinese medicine,that will be more objective, thereby it is profit for the standard of differentiation of symptoms and signs.Method:To collect 94 clinical cases according to the diagnostic criteria of modern medicine of acute myeloblastic leukemia,then divided into four types which are deficiency of both vital energy and yin, deficiency of both vital energy and blood,haemostasis and sputum,and prosperous fever harm in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of pattern of syndrome(to try out) which is drew off and discussed in the fourth China Association of Chinese Medicine Society of Internal Medicine blood disease Professional Committee meeting to review academic in November,2001,On the diagnostic criteria Syndrome(Tentative), collect the checking results of hemogram,marrow figure,and do the statistical analysis of dependability between the distribution law of syndrome pattern of traditional Chinese medicine of acute myeloblastic leukemia and hemogram,marrow figure.Results:1 The relationship of distribution of syndrome pattern of traditional Chinese medicine of acute myeloblastic leukemia and course of disease is close.The type of disease with prosperous fever harm is more common which course is short,invasion is fast.The type of disease with deficiency of both vital energy and yin,deficiency of both vital energy and blood,is more common which course is long,invasion is lentor. 2 The type of disease in patient who is preliminary diagnosed with deficiency of both vital energy and yin,deficiency of both vital energy and blood,is more common.3 There is a relationship between the syndrome pattern of traditional Chinese medicine of acute myeloblastic leukemia and sum of leucocyte in peripheral blood,sum of red blood cell,index of hemoglobin,blood platelets count and percentage of both primitive and pristine vealy cell in the marrow,moreover it has statistical significance.Conclusion:1 There is some regularity in the distribution of syndrome pattern of traditional Chinese medicine of acute myeloblastic leukemia.2 Acute myeloid leukemia TCM distribution with duration may have some relevance.3 Western examination of peripheral blood routine examination of the WBC,RBC,hemoglobin index platelet count can be used as reference clinical differentiation of the objective indicators.4 Proliferation of malignant bone marrow can be used as Chinese medicine syndromes of an objective indicators for reference.
